We are extremely happy and grateful for the efforts of Kien Wijkmakelaar, office Kloosterveen. Muriël really put herself in our shoes. Already during the second viewing, we, trusting in Muriël's expertise, made a bid that was very acceptable to us and was accepted. After a long search, we had within one day a viewing, a bid submitted, and a message that our bid was accepted! Called and due to being unreachable, a voicemail message was left requesting a callback. Apparently, this voicemail is not monitored and there was still no response after more than one week. After the 3rd phone call as a reaction, yes but we do read the email. We have stopped further business.

Wanted to request an appraisal after having used their services before; at that time they weren't very proactive either, but I finally received the report after a lot of emailing. So, email sent on August 27th. No response. On September 10th, I filled out a web form and received a reply saying they would get back to me tomorrow. On Wednesday, September 12th, I asked to wait, but still no response. Again requested on September 20th how things were going, no response. Again reacted from my side on September 28th asking what the heck I should do for a normal reaction. Their reply: you will receive more info early next week, no info. On October 8th, I sent another email saying they hadn't managed it again, no response. Sent on October 22nd that I would start filling in some online reviews, no response. If you are looking for a company that doesn’t respond, then you have come to the right place!

For our new home, we had a reconstruction appraisal drawn up by Mulder from Haulerwijk. Besides the fact that it took weeks before we received our report, it was rejected by multiple agencies. 400 euros wasted because he no longer responds to our phone calls and emails. A pity, very much a pity. For Mr. Mulder, 400 euros is probably not worth worrying about.
