We did not have many showings for the property, but the seller contacted the interested party directly and I was later informed that a deal had been closed through a house swap. No consultation with me or our office. I still had to draft the purchase agreement and then hand over the keys afterward. I believe that earlier and open communication would have been better.

Marco managed everything in just 4 (FOUR!!) days to get it ready for NVM open house day on Funda. Marco also, together with Bonne, handled our mortgage, purchase of new property and sale of old property. Everything went very smoothly, you are kept well informed and you are never “bothersome” when you call with a question or uncertainty. Definitely recommended, we will certainly see them again, very and very satisfied!
