Vervolgens ben ik opnieuw benaderd om toch een bezichtiging te plannen, waarna ik binnen tien minuten werd teruggebeld met de mededeling dat de makelaar niet kon bezichtigen en de afspraak alsnog niet doorging. Mijn ervaring is dat de communicatie en planning rommelig verliepen. Als verkopende partij zou ik daarom goed overwegen of deze werkwijze bij je past. Verkopers zijn een potentiële koper misgelopen

Het contact was over het algemeen goed, het beoordelen van de woningen was ook goed en de prijsstelling waren wel goed, maar excessen van buiten af zijn nooit te voorzien. Kortom ik ben zeer tevreden over deze makelaar!
