07 Dec 2025House bought via Liv with hidden defects. When you make this known, there is no reaction and no empathy shown. Only after placing a negative review do they start to stalk you in order to have a conversation. Because, oh dear, if there is a stain on the number. Unfortunately my wife removed her negative review, but it would still have been in place. Liv calls you to supposedly draw a lesson from it, but it's just rehashing in order to keep the number high.

24 Dec 2023We recently sold our house with the guidance of Mieke. We experienced this as extremely positive. Mieke guided us through all the steps that need to be taken when selling a home. She translated the complicated contractual matters into everyday situations. The creation of photos and, among other things, drone images are arranged by EMKA Makelaardij. We found it convenient that we didn't have to arrange this externally ourselves. Mieke is easily accessible and communicates as needed. For now, we are extremely happy with our new home, but if we were to need a real estate agent again in the future, we would definitely return.

22 Dec 2024Nanne is a very involved and sympathetic real estate agent. After several conversations with different agents, our preference was clear to choose Toering Real Estate. Nanne is accessible, enthusiastic about the property, and treats everyone with respect. Despite the overheated housing market, he wants to give every buyer the same chance; many viewings were requested, but everyone was allowed to stay as long as they wanted, because you take a big step when buying a house. Nanne is aware of this and works professionally. He is well informed about the housing market. For us as sellers, it was nice that Nanne kept us informed about viewing requests, and we also quickly received bids with motivation. Before our house appeared on Funda, we already received the photos of our house, and these were beautiful; Nanne was also very enthusiastic, which is contagious. Thanks so much for the pleasant collaboration and the good sale of the property. I definitely recommend Nanne Toering as a real estate agent.

The fact that we were ultimately outbid and therefore did not qualify was no reason for him to disengage. In our further search, he also provided valuable advice and support. 22 Apr 2022Dream House That's what we called the group chat that my wife and I started last year, with Nanne Toering as our buyer's agent. To give away the ending: we now live in that dream house and are delighted one after another. We met Nanne during a viewing of a house he had for sale and almost unnoticed he helped us realize our purchase, informally, pleasantly and expertly, after a few more viewings. In this overheated market, we were able to strike without a purchase inspection, thanks to Nanne's experienced eye on the condition of our intended home. He is always welcome for a glass of Rivella cognac in our little paradise!
