05 Oct 2025Jef has helped and advised us from start to finish regarding obtaining a mortgage. Unfortunately, some things went wrong at the bank and SVn that should have gone smoothly the first time around, which ultimately made it still exciting regarding the transfer date. We were also surprised that the notary charged double costs for the mortgage deed due to the starter loan that came into play. We would have appreciated being advised earlier that there might be additional notary costs when applying for a starter loan. Luckily, the result is what counts and that is now that we are very happy working on our first purchased house :).

Thanks to your efforts, everything was arranged so incredibly quickly that we didn't have to worry about it. When selling our house, vind makelaardij gave us tactics to deal with it properly. We could think about this. Our house sold very quickly; it was nice that they only had a few days regarding viewings so you didn't have to show the house very often. They also arranged that if one broker couldn’t, the other could. Really very nice. That things could always continue like this. The communication didn't really go super from start to finish. For example, sometimes not calling back (after repeatedly having called). Forgetting to mention that a viewing was scheduled. All in all, it went difficult.

This too was quickly and well resolved. The buyer of our house also stated that the real estate agent took plenty of time during the viewing, which they had experienced differently before. The expectation that there would be significantly higher bids has not been met by the market in this case. However, we did not know this beforehand either. Date unknownExperience with it as a selling party. I wonder if that's how things are everywhere these days. - listing the house low in the market so that it can be sold as quickly as possible. If it hadn't been for my input, the property would have been listed 5% lower. They don't seem to really be working for you, but rather appear to want to get through things as quickly as possible to close the transaction. I never once felt that they wanted to fight for the best price for the house. You might expect that a party, for that amount of money, would do more than conduct a few viewings over 1 or 2 weeks. - high % - The focus was on selling the property quickly because Mr. de Ven had planned a vacation. This was shamelessly presented as strategy. - After the sale, they called again to express interest in a type of object, but if there's nothing immediately available, you don't hear from them anymore. By chance, we later discovered on Funda that they had exactly what we were looking for for sale. A friendly laugh and a nice exterior, but this party, in my opinion, leaves humanity aside during these candy times in the real estate world. Maybe I’m hopelessly naive about what you can expect from real estate agents, it could also be.

04 Oct 2025By choosing a smooth purchase process, we selected this real estate agent. The creation of the sale photos went smoothly (within 2 weeks) and they have become very atmospheric. The real estate agent maintained a nice contact with us during our sales process. Move was, as far as we were concerned, an overview digital way of communicating in which the viewings could also be found. The real estate agent always called us to personally inform us. That way, we knew when there was a planned one and could also find it digitally. When we called, we were nicely spoken to and called back if there was another meeting. We were always kept informed of developments. There was personal contact and the written information was very clear. Clearly step-by-step taken along in the process and we felt very free to ask questions. The real estate agent made time to do the inspection during the sale, clearly provided the meter readings and went along to the notary.
