We can wholeheartedly recommend our real estate agent Stephan de Poel. For more than 3 months of actively searching and house hunting, we received full assistance with all matters: booking/canceling viewings, contacting sellers, inspecting houses, market analysis, bidding, drafting deeds, and etc. Other supporting staff were also always polite, responded quickly via email or WhatsApp, and generally very kind, regardless of the questions we asked. The price is well justified, as it does not change with the number of visits/bids (of which we had many) until you have the reassuring house.

Also, the asking price wasn't mentioned either, which is why we made the highest offer. Not recommended to do business with.

07 Feb 2025Bij al de aankopen van onze huizen, zowel die van ons als die van onze dochter heeft Ronald ons begeleid in een traject die niet al te gemakkelijk was. Sloop/ nieuwbouw/ subsidie. Veel uitleg moeten geven aan hypotheekverstrekkers. Maar het is hem gelukt. Met vragen kun je altijd bij hem terecht. Er wordt in een huiselijke sfeer alles uitgelegd, onder het genot van kopje koffie wat direct bij binnenkomst wordt aangeboden door de lieve collegas van Ronald. 👏

07 Dec 2024Wij zochten een lokale adviseur in Groningen die de markt daar kent omdat we zelf uit Noord Holland komen en wilde "emigreren". Wat begon als whisfull thinking werd steeds serieuzer mede dankzij de goede hulp van Ronald met onze financiering. Na een half jaar zoeken een mooi huisje gevonden en in december gaan we verhuizen. Ronald en Steffan hebben ons altijd goed geholpen en ondanks dat de geldverstrekker soms tegen werkte hebben ze het toch voor ons kunnen regelen. De afstand was soms lastig maar per mail en telefoon kom je al een heel eind..Amber natuurlijk ook bedankt voor alle hulp😉. Wij zijn zeer tevreden en blij dat we voor jullie hebben gekozen! 30 Nov 2024Bauke en Anna hebben mij recent geholpen bij een aankoop. Inmiddels woon ik zo'n vier maanden in het huis. Een paar weken geleden dacht ik opeens bij mezelf: "het zou zomaar kunnen dat ik hier over 40 jaar nog steeds woon". Daar had ik zelfs een jaar geleden alleen maar van kunnen dromen. Met Bauke is simpelweg de beste (aankoop)makelaar van het Noorden. Zonder overdrijven. In een erg lastige periode heeft bij me geholpen om binnen een paar maanden een woning te vinden. En niet zomaar eentje: ik had het niet beter kunnen treffen. Geen plek was Bauke te gek of te ver. We hebben zowat alle mogelijk soorten panden bekeken. Uiteindelijk had ik de keuze uit drie woningen waarop mijn bod geaccepteerd was. Daaruit heb ik deze gekozen, die aan al mijn wensen voldoet. Bauke zorgde ervoor dat ik het voor een goede prijs kon aankopen en dat het proces soepel verliep. Daarbij was hij ongewoon begipvol, integer behulpzaam en bereikbaar. Ook bij de aankoop van het huis hiervoor, hielp Bauke mij. En ook daarover heb ik niks dan goeds te melden. Ik ben Bauke en Anna erg dankbaar :-)

30 Sep 2024Woensdag 25 Sept gebeld voor bezichtiging afspraak, dit kon echt niet eerder dan maandag 30 Sept. Op zich geen probleem want er werd mij verteld dat huis vrij was! lees: dus geen mondelinge of schriftelijke afspraken met derden.. Plots werd ik Zaterdag de 28 Sept gebeld door Bauke dat het huis dat wij wilden bezichtigen verkocht is???!! Na even door te vragen bij Bauke bleekt dat er even een bezichtiging tussendoor gepland was (die tevens een bod uitgebracht hadden). Dit alles terwijl wij absoluut niet eerder dan Maandag de 30e terecht konden?! Het huis was 'vrij' vertelde de makelaar. Ik kreeg sterk de indruk dat mijn vragen niet op prijs gesteld werden.. het enige wat ik kreeg te horen was, wat wil je nou van mij horen?, en wat wil je dat ik zeg?
