26 Mar 2025We, as a young couple, went looking for a nice spot. We knew through our advisor what was possible. The chosen property fell within our budget. Nevertheless, the real estate agent claimed that we couldn't afford it. At least, those were their words. Very disrespectful. Luckily, the house was what we were looking for (with the defects later) because you don't come here for information, service, or professionalism. Our designated real estate agent was practically never present at appointments and unreachable by phone. It was then a colleague or substitute to whom we couldn't ask anything. It seems like just anyone can become a real estate agent. The 'Fair Bidding' process is also just a matter of giving the child a name. We had an agreement, yet they preferred to sell the house to someone else. All's well that ends well for us. But we will never choose Versluijs again and we advise everyone against it.

07 May 2024Beautiful properties offered in prime locations at fair prices - exceptions confirm the rule... once the leather sofa was completely worn out, but otherwise the properties were always well-equipped and well-maintained. Good website, booking requests can be easily made. Confirmation will be given immediately during office hours. Smooth and friendly handling on site as well. Communication is easy, also in German. You will receive a care package containing a dishcloth, scrubbing brush, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, matches and a roll of toilet paper. Good service. It's a bit annoying that linen packages (towels, bed linen) have to be booked separately for an extra charge and are not present in the rental property, let alone that the beds are made with them. We also had towels that were absolutely worn out and partially stained, although they were clearly freshly washed. So return it or reluctantly accept it for the rather hefty price. Neither is great. All in all, we have been very satisfied regular customers for years. Cadzand Bad is our second home and we have been coming here since childhood at least once a year. Otherwise we miss something. ... and our descendants feel the same way about it. Goodbye!

We could have read that ourselves too. He didn't know how to answer any questions during the viewings. In short, very inexperienced.

20 May 2023I suspect they are quite selective about skin color, tattoos etc. They find guys who act like that appealing. They don't keep to the agreements. All in all, I think it’s a waste of your time.

A disturbing example of how people react when you have to disappoint them. When renting, we have so many candidates that you also have to disappoint many. We experienced this viewing as very positive and nominated you, along with several other candidates, to the landlord. It hurts us a lot how much of this kind of reaction (and this harsh, poorly substantiated comment in particular) we receive when we have to disappoint candidate tenants. It's a shame that such an intense accusation is made without even making one phone call asking why the landlord chose another party.

I had a very good conversation in which everything was explained well, what they stand for and what their working method is. Clear language - easy enough for a layman to understand - honest - sincere - friendly. 20 May 2022Scammers! Go along as a buyer's agent and say don't do it, too expensive. Afterwards, they speak badly of the owner behind my back to enter into an agreement with them as a selling agent with a higher asking price because the price is too low? Scammers, stay away!!!

20 May 2022How easy was it that there was a realtor in a village for a village like Schoondijke when, after much deliberation, I decided to put my house up for sale, the choice of realtor wasn't difficult. Jordy and Remy, young and full of enthusiasm, a team with a completely different approach that fits this time. I gave them a challenge and they were happy to take it on. Within a week my house was sold to a super nice couple.
