Wij hebben het contact met Zuyderleven als erg prettig ervaren. We kregen altijd snel een reactie. Ze nemen echt de tijd voor je en blijven persoonlijk. We konden snel schakelen met de hypotheekadviseur (Bouke) en de aankoopmakelaar (Julius). Dit heeft er voor ons idee echt voor gezorgd dat wij dit huis voor zo'n mooi bedrag hebben kunnen kopen. Bedankt voor de vele bezichtigingen en het eerlijke advies.

Met Zuyderleven ga ik nooit meer in zee. Heel veel wisseling van personeel en niemand daar komt zijn afspraken na. Je kan ze iedere maand betalen voor het onderhouden van je verzekeringen maar niemand doet er iets aan. Wanneer je ze nodig hebt omdat je schade hebt is er niemand thuis en is het eerste wat ze zeggen: je bent geen klant bij ons! en later blijk je ook niet verzekerd te zijn voor hetgeen wat je met de adviseur hebt besproken en via mail bevestigd hebt gehad. Na de eerste ronde ellende komen ze met een een nieuwe adviseur, laten we ze nog een kans geven. Die is binnen een jaar ook weer weg en reageert dus ook niet op zijn mail, en deze is ook niet doorgeschakeld naar een collega. Moet ik zelf weer uitvinden dat er weer niemand is die mij kan helpen! Nu wil ik de laatste verzekering opzeggen die ik nog via Zuyderleven heb lopen en dit duurt ook al weer 2 maanden!! Als dit zo opgezegd is ben ik gelukkig van ze af en hoef ik nooit meer iets met ze te maken te hebben
