Goede kennis van de lokale buurt en alle bewegingen hier. Het backoffice / secretariaat is zeer attend en informeerd goed over alle aktiviteiten. Ik vond dat de tijd tussen de bezichtigingen en de vraag voor biedingen erg kort was en ik het gevoel had dat de geinteresseerden hier meer tijd zouden moeten krijgen. De verdere koop- en overdrachtafwikkeling was professioneel.
