Good indications of what easy and low-hanging fruit there was to improve the facade. Transparency about expected costs was given right away. 05 Oct 2025Remco pretends to hope, makes big promises, but delivers little to nothing. The sale of my apartment went poorly and resulted in a loss of 27k. The purchase agency services he also does not deliver. Remco should have switched with the selling agent and given me as a buyer timely accurate bidding advice. Remco was not reachable at the moment it mattered. I therefore did not pay for his purchase services, he readily agreed to that, because he also realized that he did not deliver what he promised. The fact that the sale of my apartment went wrong, because he was unable to establish a binding sales agreement (financing), is something I will never forget. Legally attempted to hold him accountable for this. But then Remco throws it back on the fact that I received the sales agreement for review before it was passed on to the selling party. So it's my own fault? Where did I go wrong in my opinion? You take an 'expert' into your arms, who represents you, to prevent the above mentioned errors. Now Remco does it; because he offered the sales agreement for review in advance, and I agreed to that. Didn't I just hire an expert for that and paid for it? In short; if you want value for your money, and a real estate agent who actually represents his clients? Then I recommend you to look for someone else. There are enough alternatives in the vicinity of Tilburg! Think carefully, and choose another one, for yourself, your emotional state and naturally the end result. Remco will not admit his mistakes and hides behind his legal advisor. In the end he sends back the key to your home via post. Personal contact he avoids. This, in my opinion, already says enough. All in all, the advice is clear to me. Look for someone who does make an effort and does not act in his own interest! Never again Remco Olden Lommers Real Estate! More information and communication I will share freely with interested parties.

01 Aug 2025We are incredibly grateful for the guidance of Sylvia from Mutters Makelaars during the sale of our house. Our situation was quite unique: the house had to be sold while we were already living in America. During our short stay in the Netherlands preceding the sale, Sylvia – together with Manuela at the office – fantastically helped us. They truly guided us through the entire process. Not only professionally, but also with all sorts of practical matters that you would normally do yourself if you were in the Netherlands: arranging the appointment with the notary, helping with cleaning the last rooms in the house, explaining all legal terms (many of which were quite unfamiliar to us after 25 years outside the Netherlands), and even helping to remove the last belongings from the property. Sylvia and Manuela were always available, thought along with us and gave us the feeling that we could fully trust them – and that proved to be true. They were a tremendous support in a situation that otherwise could have been quite stressful. Absolutely top! We can wholeheartedly recommend Sylvia and the team of Mutters Makelaars!

The initial preparation to present the house involved expert discussions with many valuable and tailored tips and hints as to what is important for interested people. Makelaars and arranged our mortgage through them — and again we are very satisfied! You are really taken care of, the service is complete: from sales to mortgage advice, everything is professionally and personally guided and the people are nice too. When selling our house, a whole team was ready to help – from specialized stylists to professional photographers. They really know how to show your home in its best light on the market. In addition, they create a beautiful brochure in the form of a lifestyle magazine, which makes your house really stand out. The mortgage advice was also excellent: clear explanation, practical advice and always willing to think along with possibilities. What we particularly appreciated was that they were always easily accessible for a chat, to clarify matters or to think along where necessary. Furthermore very handy: they can also help you with your tax return! Both the real estate agents and the mortgage advisors communicate pleasantly, are easy to reach and work quickly. 08 Aug 2025Unfortunately, I cannot give less than 1 star. My father finally found the property he wanted. He was there right away, as we were one of the first to call and would be called back as soon as more info was available because it is a new construction project. Several weeks later, I called myself to find out what the status was. Answer: yes, everything has already been sold! HOW!? He was one of the first to call and Witte / Brugge Makelaars were supposed to call him back! Now he can say goodbye to the apartment he waited years for to come up for sale because Witte Makelaars treats their 'customers' like this. Truly not even worthy of 1 star!

25 Sep 2025A while ago we put our house up for sale and engaged Staete for that purpose. Photos were taken (for which you naturally pay) and then a beautiful presentation with a premiere where we heard there were quite a few reactions. Unfortunately, after that, few reactions and viewers; as clients, we had to push this broker behind the scenes to call people back. We, as clients, had to request a meeting because after months of nothing happening, we’d had enough. After a meeting, we decided to stop working with Staete, followed by an invoice for all the work they had done for us. Two appointments and an hour of open house, for approximately 1000 euros because it was in the contract. Our new broker told us that this was, although it was in the contract, a scandalous amount, and that not always the full price is charged. This broker said we should call them anyway. We did, but Staete is unyielding; all the work they did (2 appointments, an hour of open house, and listing on Funda) still had to cost 1000 euros. Sad, so this broker is certainly not recommended; unfortunately, I received other feedback too late, so I hope my review reaches others in time. On Funda, reviews are only accepted after your house has been sold to everyone’s full satisfaction, so they are always positive, and therefore they referred me to Google.

The real estate agent is not so easily accessible due to busyness. Not always was the message from the outside sales team (the real estate agent) properly conveyed or picked up by the internal staff. For example, a request that I wanted to be called back by a mortgage advisor. Because the photos are calculated separately, quite high in price.

The apartment was even sold above the asking price. Because my mother (it concerned her apartment) is not very mobile, Tim drove without any problems to the care home to handle the documents there.
