Where they primarily distinguish themselves is that, in addition to guidance throughout the entire purchasing process, they also work on a basis of modular services. Ideal in our situation because within a short timeframe we had to find a property and were not bound to the specific working area of the real estate agent. We have now purchased our dream home, a property that unfortunately fell outside the working area of Grotenhuis Makelaardij. That does not diminish the fact that we are enormously grateful to Fabian for the knowledge we gained thanks to him (such as what we should pay attention to when purchasing a home and what a very well-finished property is approximately worth in the current housing market). I am convinced that this would not have succeeded for me otherwise (yet) without this knowledge. In the future, there will certainly be a moment when we return to this area; Grotenhuis Makelaardij will then absolutely be the first real estate agent I involve in my search. Fabian, thank you again for everything you were able to mean to us! You are an excellent real estate agent with enormous knowledge, which together with your always friendly and positive demeanor distinguishes you as a professional within your field and as a real estate agent within the area.

Incredibly exciting, but he was absolutely right! He protects you from bids that a property isn't worth. After we had purchased our dream home, we didn’t have to think about who would sell our 'old' house: Moreno! That also went super well. But why Moreno and his team and not another real estate agent? Simply because you get genuinely honest advice in your interest from them. They are involved, know what your wishes are and act accordingly. It is a modern real estate agency that delightfully stays true to themselves. No expensive suit, snakeskin shoes or complicated words, but jeans, sneakers and clear language.
