Seems like a friends-and-family system within the brokers' world. Hopefully, the registered bidding will solve this problem in the future.

Both thought along with the sales process. Marc never seemed rushed and took all the time for attention, explanation and advice. 22 Oct 2024Disappointing and unprofessional experience (favoritism) My experience with this real estate agent was downright disappointing. Despite registering on time for a viewing of a property, I was told that this was no longer possible. To my great surprise, however, I heard that someone else, who registered after me, did get the opportunity to view the house. This creates the impression of favoritism. I expect transparency and equal treatment of all interested parties from a professional real estate agent. This real estate agent is absolutely not recommended.

We absolutely do not offer preferential treatment and call all candidates who respond via Funda, our own site and other channels back based on the order of arrival in our email. It may be that this has meant that unfortunately you no longer had a place to view the property because the other party had already responded to us. When you register free of charge via our website, you will also always receive a message first when we list a property that meets some of your housing wishes. Perhaps this will also increase the chance of a viewing. It's a shame it didn't work out with this property. We hope to be meaningful for you in the future with another property. 08 May 2025A viewing planned yesterday, after which I received an email saying I was on the waiting list while the appointment had been scheduled. After contacting the real estate agent, the appointment did go ahead, but today at the agreed time of 3:00 PM we went for the viewing and the real estate agent was not present and we were unable to view the property. I sent an email to the real estate agent stating that he had not kept the appointment. On the way home and around 3:15 PM, I received a call from the real estate agent with the story that he was standing at the property; I immediately cancelled the viewing. This real estate agent does not keep his commitments and has not disclosed all information about the property via Funda. Very unfortunate!

That is not standard with real estate agents, so it’s very valuable in this industry. Compliments for the pleasant interaction and clear communication. Everything was arranged incredibly quickly and smoothly! Definitely recommended!
