Because this first contact was experienced as pleasant and reassuring, the choice of real estate agent was not difficult when we actually wanted to sell our home. All contacts, including those with the office staff (Sandra and Lieke), went smoothly and professionally. That professionalism became clear because the sale of our house did not follow a 'standard' sales procedure. In summary: pleasant contact and professionalism are the key concepts.

Seems like a friends-and-family system within the brokers' world. Hopefully, the registered bidding will solve this problem in the future.

An honest and a 'no-nonsense' asking price was established that is truly market compliant. The viewings were carefully scheduled and handled professionally. Viewers had sufficient time to view the property at their leisure and to get acquainted with it, which we also heard back from several viewers. The further course of events was processed quickly and well; all bids were accepted correctly and professionally, the purchase contract was drawn up immediately and processed correctly. If there were any questions, they were handled properly and resolved immediately. You are guided very well as a seller, and I think also as a buyer, throughout the entire process. Michel, Lieke, Renaldo, Sandra and Anne, thank you for your great service and help until now. 30 May 2025Misleading & unreliable We made an offer on a property through this real estate agent and we received the phone call with congratulations that the sellers accepted our offer a day later. We were abroad on vacation at that time. At no point did Michel or the back office communicate that the purchase would only be formal after signing the preliminary purchase agreement. We had, of course, already received it, but we were strongly advised not to interrupt our vacation. Everything in good faith. What we didn't know is that there were still other bidders involved, despite the assurance. To our great astonishment and disappointment, the property was sold to the previously rejected party because they had later increased their offer and signed immediately. Due to 'busyness', Michel forgot to submit our higher bid to the sellers. Throughout this process, Michel provided different information about us to the sellers as well as to our intermediary, which is very reprehensible. He deliberately put us on a different track. If you enter into an agreement with this real estate agent, be warned! This cost us the house.

After acceptance of our offer on a property, we were not proactively advised to sign the purchase agreement, nor timely informed about other bids. Meanwhile, the broker gave the sellers a different account of the process than what we knew. Crucial information – including our increased bid – was knowingly withheld from the sellers while the sale was still pending. We only later learned from the sellers what actually happened. This cost us the house. The way they acted raises serious questions about the duty of care, transparency and reliability/integrity of this agency. 📌 Advice to other buyers and sellers: request everything to be documented in writing and don't take anything for granted!

28 Oct 2024Disappointing and unprofessional experience (favoritism) My experience with this real estate agent was downright disappointing. Despite registering on time for a viewing of a property, I was told that this was no longer possible. To my great surprise, however, I heard that someone else, who registered after me, did get the opportunity to view the house. This creates the impression of favoritism. I expect transparency and equal treatment of all interested parties from a professional real estate agent. This real estate agent is absolutely not recommended.

21 May 2025We bought a house through this real estate agent. He didn't take time for us, during the viewing he was just on the phone. It was very difficult to get in contact with this real estate agent. Afterwards we had contact with the seller of the property and it turned out that the real estate agent had lied about things. And the seller had already accepted earlier offers and the real estate agent hadn't done anything about it, still waiting for higher bids. Unfortunately only looking for commission instead of helping people with a house. Luckily we had a relaxed seller, with whom we could arrange things ourselves. Absolutely not recommended this man! 1 star is still too much unfortunately. A warned person counts for 2.

18 Apr 20256 years ago I had a great experience with this real estate agent, so now I’ve taken them into my arms again. We found the process to be slightly less ideal this time. The first time, no unattainable fairy tales were promised. Now they were: lots of searching and high prices. This did not materialize. Too many promises made. This was also acknowledged neatly. Ultimately, everyone worked hard to get the house well into the spotlight and could achieve an acceptable price. We took a little more initiative ourselves.

20 May 2025'A Beuk of a realtor!' Goossens Vastgoed sold our house on the Beukstraat in Elsloo as if it were a warm pastry at the Saturday market. Within no-time viewings were scheduled and in a blink of an eye, the deal was done. From the first conversation we immediately felt: this is right. No bla bla, just clear, friendly and they know exactly what they do. The photos? Top. The viewings? Super neatly arranged. And the negotiations? As if they were selling the house as if it were their own – with heart and mind. What was especially nice: we could always quickly text or call, even with those 'silly' questions (which weren't silly at all). The entire process went smoothly, relaxed and fast.
