You make an appointment take time off from work plan it in for a viewing to rent a building and then you get a phone call that they have rented it out to someone else twice !! After making one phone appointment on the condition that it would be an honest and sincere energy label, I proceeded with Vergoossens real estate. This good man, Jack Vergoossens, was punctual, friendly, and seemed competent. He was pleased to see that I had taken photos of the entire renovation from A to Z, documenting all insulation in the walls and floor regarding thicknesses and materials, floor heating, heat pump, and heat pump boiler. Apparently, it often happens that people make their homes energy-efficient but have no provable evidence of this, and then the person responsible for the energy label cannot do anything about bringing the house to a higher level. After measuring the entire house and noting everything down, two hours later I asked Jack Vergoossens if the renovation had borne fruit? The answer was that it would certainly be an A rating, maybe even with a +, but he wouldn't know for sure until all calculations were done. Five days later we received the results of the energy label, and to our disbelief, a house from 1947 went from an F to an A+++ energy label. We never expected this from ourselves. Goossens real estate is a very nice company. There is no lack of professionalism and customer service at Goossens Real Estate. I needed an appraiser urgently for the purchase of my new home. 'A Beuk of a realtor!' Goossens Vastgoed sold our house on the Beukstraat in Elsloo as if it were a warm pastry at the Saturday market. Within no-time viewings were scheduled and in a blink of an eye, the deal was done. From the first conversation we immediately felt: this is right. No bla bla, just clear, friendly and they know exactly what they do. The photos? Top. The viewings? Super neatly arranged. And the negotiations? As if they were selling the house as if it were their own – with heart and mind. What was especially nice: we could always quickly text or call, even with those 'silly' questions (which weren't silly at all). The entire process went smoothly, relaxed and fast. From the very first phone call (for an initial consultation appointment) to signing the purchase agreement, everything went super well! You are fully taken care of, they are always available, friendly, professional and transparent in communication. We chose Linda as our selling broker and we immediately had a good connection with her during the first meeting. She is very friendly, explains everything clearly and gives good advice. We were sold right away, now if only the house would sell we thought. Everything was top-notch; photographer, measurement of the property, and the Move application made everything even easier. No hassle with paperwork and everything digital. And if you had questions, you could just call, always available with Monique who is always helpful and friendly. The viewings were also well organized, neatly scheduled and clearly indicated in the Move app when and by whom. Linda and Bob (and once Nicole) took care of the viewings and they were well prepared. They seemed relaxed and exuded confidence. After each viewing, you could read a short report of their experience with the client and any expectations. After the deadline bidding period, Linda immediately called with all bids and also gave clear advice. And a week later, we were already at their office signing the purchase agreement in the company of the new residents. Kempen & Oberdorf is absolutely recommended! Linda, Bob, Monique, Nicole and the rest of the team, thank you on our behalf!

Knowledge of the housing market and years of experience in real estate sales tipped the scales in favor of giving the assignment to Lassoo Real Estate. We contacted through the contact form. The response time was supposed to be immediate. Everything happened in a whirlwind and proceeded seamlessly. Especially the presentation of the property deserves a big 10. We then received financial advice, and all matters for the new home were immediately arranged.
