Wat een teleurstelling! Martijn kwam enthousiast en betrokken over en hij zou er helemaal voor gaan om onze boerderij te verkopen. Slecht voorbereid verscheen hij bij de bezichtigen die hij in 30 minuten wilde afrafelen en mening malen liet hij ons een bezichtiging afronden omdat hij naar de volgende afspraak moest. Wanneer we Martijn belde heeft hij slechts 1 x de telefoon beantwoord en een Whatsapp bericht werd na een week misschien beantwoord. Het zelfde geld voor email. Ook na het uitte van ons ongenoeg verbeterde er niets ondanks de beterschap die beloofd werd. Ook van potentiële kopers die bij de tweede makelaar onze huis kwamen bezichtigen hoorden wij dat ze géén afspraak konden maken, er werd niet gereageerd op verzoeken en achtergelaten berichten. In een reactie schrijft Willems dat hij zich volledig heeft ingezet wat absoluut niet waar is! Wellicht bij de verkoop van een rond de kerk van Martijn loopt het op rolletjes maar bij ons zeker niet. Gelukkig werd er door de nieuwe makelaar snel een deal gesloten.
