Henry called me back so quickly, almost as if he were calling me back before I had even submitted my request; this is also symbolic of the rest of the communication. Henry is truly always available and genuinely takes the time to ensure that you understand what he does and why he does it. What particularly struck me is that this absolutely doesn't feel like a commercial service; it’s very personal, and Henry really has passion for his work. 17 Sep 2025We bought a house through Helmig, which was advertised as move-in ready. Unfortunately, it turned out to be far from that: we ended up in a renovation project. • The kitchen is fully connected on one circuit, making the induction plate unusable and impossible to fix without extensive structural work. • The shower cabin proved dangerous and defective. It's an expanded cabin with a glass door that was supposed to open inward but did not fit properly. During normal use, one of those glass doors suddenly shot out of its frame. Fortunately, this happened to an adult and not our 5-year-old child. • Several power outlets do not work or were loose. • The laminate flooring, which was supposedly newly installed, is too tight and now bulges up. In addition, we encountered numerous smaller defects such as loose door handles, a cracked toilet bowl, and even an electrical cable coming out from under the bathroom mirror. These are not minor cosmetic flaws but serious defects that should be flagged by real estate agents and buyers warned about. Very disappointing and certainly not what one expects when buying a house advertised as move-in ready.

It is advisable: To contact real estate agents only after carefully reading the points mentioned below: 1. Make sure that the concepts of living area and user area are clear.
