I was especially impressed by the quality of the video presentation of the house, which undoubtedly contributed to finding a suitable tenant. It is important that they screened potential tenants for suitability. The entire process was carried out by Expat Relocation Brokers without me having to do much work. 07 Feb 2025Responded to a house on Funda and requested a viewing, nothing heard for 4 days. In the meantime, I had also had my own house digitally valued via a link they sent. Received a phone call with 'You indicated yesterday that you want to sell your house....'. That's not the approach, I want to buy a house and yes, also sell my own. Then it’s just said, 'oh that one has already been sold to an acquaintance of the seller.' So.. no, don't have a good feeling about a real estate agent who approaches clients like that. Do call if you want to sell something, don't respond to requests for viewings.
