You make an appointment for an appraisal, and the gentleman casually cancels a few hours beforehand. Reason: they already have plenty of work. We are also busy. But we still make time in our agenda for this appointment. Which now will not take place. Wasted effort and a waste of our time.

Bram from Bieden & Wonen - south Drenthe takes all the time and has a modern view on the housing market. After our first conversation, it immediately became clear that he was the right sales agent but also purchase agent for us. Everything went smoothly and efficiently, and all made appointments he followed up perfectly. The video and photos were neatly placed on Funda and of course also on the own platform of Bieden & Wonen. Our home was sold quickly within three weeks and in the meantime we have started packing. 07 Jan 2026Bram (Bieden & Wonen Zuid-Drenthe) has been both a buyer's agent and a seller's agent for me. By chance, I came into contact with Bram because of a house that I wanted to view. I had made an appointment beforehand, but after seeing the location of the house on Google Maps, I decided to cancel. I got Bram on the line. He listened to the story and immediately there was understanding and empathy, and absolutely no pushing - qualities that you don't always encounter in commercial circles. I was curious about a possible search and Bram gave us information about the possibility of using him as a buyer's agent. Bram came across during that conversation as no-nonsense, expert, involved and reliable, and we went into business with him. That felt like a good step for 'Westerners' looking for space and nature in Drenthe. After we had viewed a house together that was very disappointing (and where we had to drive a total of 5 hours for), Bram suggested that he would do the first viewing of houses that might interest us, and we would only come over from Leiderdorp as a second step, after having a good feeling about Bram. A number of houses that he viewed didn't work out, but when we arrived at the next house, it was a hit! We also entrusted Bram with the sale of my house in Leiderdorp. Although I initially had doubts about whether it would be handy to have a real estate agent from Emmen sell a house in Leiderdorp, the feeling about Bram was good and it turned out that the distance was no problem at all. I admired how hard and in a good mood Bram always worked, and patiently (as it should be) went into all our questions, reassured us when needed, and provided the information we needed. We found a house that met our wishes and requirements and the apartment in Leiderdorp sold well. A whole nice experience richer thanks to Bram. I warmly recommend him to everyone. Thank you Bram!

28 Nov 2025Bad experience buying a house. Takes too little time for the viewing. It was neglected that there was a building ban on a piece of land. This was only told to us by the notary. Allegedly, he did not hear this. Also during the follow-up inspection, only the meter readings were recorded. During the first time showering we already had a blockage. Further, many defects in the house, among others an air conditioner that only cools and does not heat, leaks. If you buy a house through this real estate agent, first make sure to be well informed everywhere. I will not buy a house anymore through this real estate agent.

Everything went smoothly, which is what you want in the current housing market. Where the outcome surprisingly pleased both us and the broker.
