Really well assisted in the search for a home of my own. From the first conversation it was immediately clear that no guarantees could be given about the duration of the search. Always spoken to kindly and neatly. Staff are skilled in their profession and helped me well with making the various choices, including a mortgage but also different insurances. There was always room for questions and reflection on the choices. They also thought along well with the different choices. The atmosphere is pleasant, you are greeted upon arrival and coffee or tea is always offered. Thank you for the help and advice!

Called on Tuesday, with the assurance that an appointment would be scheduled for a viewing, sent another SMS on Friday just to see if it had slipped through the cracks, no response received. Apparently, Erdman company is doing so well that they can simply ignore potential home buyers. We will skip this one in our search for a property. Received absolutely no reaction afterwards, not even a 'sorry, something went wrong'.

We absolutely do not feel taken seriously. They don't keep appointments. Very unprofessional. You make an appointment for an appraisal, and the gentleman casually cancels a few hours beforehand. Reason: they already have plenty of work. We are also busy. But we still make time in our agenda for this appointment. Which now will not take place. Wasted effort and a waste of our time.

Meanwhile, the second mortgage through Boekelo, for the second new-build home. We are always helped correctly and expertly with attention to our specific situation where I am not an easy customer and have always done my homework. Questions are answered quickly and adjustments are processed well. With the second mortgage, all loan components and various options were discussed with corresponding risk profiles. Also the increase (unfortunately necessary due to rising costs for new construction) without problems and notary because the advice was good initially, therefore saving notary fees. We will definitely arrange our next mortgage through Boekelo (Menno) again.

The contact was good though. The expectations were high and full of confidence regarding a quick sale and a beautiful selling price due to the introductory meeting. Unfortunately, little came of all the predictions and “with certainty above the asking price”. It started with many viewers on funda and also reasonable attendance of viewers who wanted to see the house. The eventual buyers did want it, but hadn't yet put their own house up for sale and therefore wanted a suspensive condition that they would receive...

It's unfortunate to read that the assessment does not give the correct representation. The house needed to be completely modernized internally and externally, and that was also the reason for many viewers not to make an offer. However, the house did sell within 2 months (subject to conditions) above the asking price!
