We did wonder whether the real estate agent can also take initiative towards potential buyers (e.g., approaching hesitant ones with another card) instead of leaving the initiative with the potential buyer for yet another viewing. This certainly applies especially if things are not going so well with viewings.

Later it turns out that there is a huge construction defect in the house, which has been known to everyone for 35 years! The local plumber, handyman, and therefore also the realtor, that's 100% certain. We have been searching for a quieter home for years now, but meanwhile we have already invested all our money in this property due to this lie !! 👎 (For those who don’t believe me; I recorded the conversation).
