24 Jun 2025Unprofessional Broker called on FRIDAY regarding a viewing / purchase of a property and you get the answer that the broker is not available and will only be back on Monday. They do send an email with a brochure and with the question if they can still do something for you. After I replied to that saying I wanted to view it on Monday at 10:00 AM, I received no response, even after I sent another email on Saturday asking if the viewing appointment could go ahead. So, emailed again early Monday morning, still no response, then I called myself and the broker casually stated that the property had already been sold. You are better off not doing business with brokers like this.

10 Jun 2025We had a young agent from Reggedael who led us through the house on Tunnelweg. Spontaneous open appearance. But very dramatic about how our family situation was and how common our current home was. Not pleasant, and we don't recognize this with other agents. Moreover, poorly prepared. She described a separate room with a kitchenette that clearly served as office space as a regular bedroom, and she also didn't know what the possible uses were and the possibilities for a shower connection in this space. Inexperienced and immature agent behavior in our opinion.
