Fast real estate agent, who was recommended by family. No regrets that Steenhuis looked after our interests. Good explanation of the procedure. When it went a little too fast for us—after all, you don't sell your house every day—and we had questions, things were clearly repeated again, how everything works. Of course, the market is also favorable, but precisely because of that you need a good real estate agent. We are happy with the end result.

Steenhuis managed to sell our house quickly within a short period, with the holidays approaching. Something we are very happy about. However, the communication from the real estate agent left something to be desired. Regarding things like our house key, the for sale sign in the garden, and the handling of the buyers. This has caused us to have a bad taste regarding the entire experience.
