04 Feb 2026Voor de verkoop van onze woning hebben wij Eric en Carola gevraagd alles te regelen. Zij stonden tijdens het hele proces altijd voor ons klaar. Geen vraag was te gek. Zij vinden een persoonlijke benadering belangrijk en dat is aan alles te merken. Als je een makelaar zoekt die nét even wat extra's voor je doet, dan moet je bij Govers Makelaars zijn. Zo kregen we een styliste over de vloer, die met haar expertise van elke ruimte een pláátje maakte. En die mooie plaatjes werden gebundeld in een prachtige brochure. Geen simpele afdrukjes maar echt een mooi, gedrukt boekwerkje voor elke belangstellende. Ze nemen ruim de tijd voor elke bezichtiging en jagen de mensen niet in een paar minuten door het huis. Eric en Carola zijn écht betrokken, denken met je mee en ontzorgen je van A tot Z. Ze krijgen van ons een dikke 10!

31 Jan 2026Heb bewust gekozen voor een klein makelaarskantoor en dat is heel goed bevallen. Veel persoonlijke begeleiding en aandacht.Werd ook heel veel uit mijn handen genomen, ben niet zo handig met alles online regelen en ook daar werd bij geholpen. Maar ook bv. een kaartje op mijn verjaardag en met kerstmis en een doosje bonbons bij het tekenen van het koopcontract. Ik kan Govers Makelaars bij iedereen aanraden.

After the friendly reception by Carola and Eric, we were professionally shown around the house and provided with all necessary information. All this in a relaxed atmosphere. After the tour, there was also the opportunity to go through the house together. After our offer was accepted, we may move into the house at the beginning of March 2026. Hij kent de lokale markt heel goed wat resulteerde in een wat later bleek een juist advies voor de vraagprijs. De afwikkeling van het verdere proces werd gedaan door Ralph. Die deed dat netjes. Was accuraat, informatief en beantwoordde gestelde vragen vlot en goed. Ons huis was binnen enkele weken verkocht voor een goede prijs. Wij kunnen VMK zeker aanbevelen.
