When I realized that this was the house I had been looking for so long, I called Marlies from LIV real estate agents. She quickly arranged things and, on very short notice, organized a viewing with both a purchasing agent and building expert for a joint inspection. Nicolette provided excellent advice, which allowed me to purchase the property. Selling my old house was also an incredibly pleasant experience. The team at LiV real estate agents works extremely professionally, and all employees are very thorough. Lines of communication are short, everyone is highly involved, and I was kept informed from A to Z. Ant's styling advice is also invaluable. Due to the high interest in my property, an extra viewing afternoon was even scheduled with both real estate agents present, allowing a total of 30 viewings to be planned for my house. Extremely satisfied with how everything went. Truly a top team!

In the meantime, we called again and heard nothing, and today, after calling again, we heard in a voicemail that it had been sold. It would be nice to receive updates or contact in between.

During the first meeting, I immediately felt a connection and it felt familiar. (clear information and a businesslike yet friendly approach) Throughout the period from listing to signing the definitive sales contract, the cooperation was very pleasant. I received good advice on how to adapt my house with some improvements and make it attractive for sale. The house had to be emptied, and I was helped with this by a cleaner. I got this address through their mediation. That saved me a lot of work. A professional photographer took care of a beautiful photo presentation of the house. Potential buyers were given this brochure home after they had viewed the house. During the exciting phase around the sale, I felt enormously supported by this real estate agent. I can wholeheartedly recommend Bosma & de Witte real estate agency; as far as I'm concerned, they get a 10! You really can’t get a better real estate agent.

06 May 2025Fast response via email, employees are friendly. However, I find they don't have advice on how and when I can best ask for and obtain a price. I put my house on Funda on December 12, 2024, looking back, that wasn't a good time to sell a house just before Christmas days, so for the whole time few people viewed my house. If after the Christmas vacation or somewhere in April my house is on Funda, I can have many more visitors and also receive high bids.
