27 Sep 2025We came across Fly Real Estate through a new construction project they were selling. Here, we were assigned agent Tygo. Although that project did not work out for us, we stayed with him because he advised us honestly and transparently from the start. Tygo is an incredibly enthusiastic and competent real estate agent. He helped us tremendously in finding a home and selling my partner’s apartment. The communication was always easy: Tygo is very reachable and thinks along with you. Even on his free evenings or weekends, he goes out of his way for you. We as a couple sometimes have somewhat peculiar, sarcastic humor, but that was fortunately no problem with Tygo. Despite him taking his work very seriously and professionally, there’s always room for a joke. This makes the search for a new home and viewings light-hearted and enjoyable. The communication within Fly Real Estate is incredibly fast; if Tygo wasn’t available, one of his colleagues would respond almost immediately and take up our question. If we ever sell or buy another house again, we will definitely approach Fly Real Estate.

15 Sep 2025During a viewing, Judith from Optima was the selling agent. We were treated very politely; moreover, she had her knowledge in order and could answer most of our questions. You would think that is normal, but after having looked at many houses and spoken to various agents, it turns out this is not so self-evident. Her open and non-intrusive way of working made us decide to contact Judith as a buying agent, who then helped us throughout the process. During this period, she was always available to answer questions and often accompanied us on viewings. She has incredible patience! After a relatively long time, due to our rather picky nature, we found our dream home and were well guided through the purchase process. Our house also needed to be sold; the Optima team provided excellent assistance with that as well. The consultation mostly went directly via WhatsApp for adjusting texts, evaluating photos, and scheduling viewings, which made everything run smoothly and quickly. And in the end, Rick and Judith ensured our house was sold swiftly and once again guided us through the rest of the process!
