During viewings, he was present himself or arranged for a knowledgeable replacement to provide orientation on the housing market. Without Barry, we would not have been able to buy our dream home, very grateful for that! The sale of our 'old' house also proceeded pleasantly and was sold at a good price within two weeks. All in all, top-notch and definitely recommended!

Barry explains the procedure well which was good for us and seeks personal contact (both buying and selling parties). Where more attention could be paid is moving appointments (returning keys, removing sign from garden) which took longer than agreed.
