Where during viewings we often received explanations in five minutes and were then allowed to look around for another fifteen minutes, it feels truly personal with this agent. Please note that if you are not registered as a buyer, you have a smaller chance of viewing and participating in a bid. Due to very high interest. So the first one ... Sorry ... even in this time of easy sales, we can sell due to limited supply and high demand. Our response to the reaction: in our experience, we did not react really late, but because there was great interest, the viewings were already fully booked. And that is just a pity. They also respond via social media and through Funda. Unfortunately, your reaction was too late for this property, namely at a time when viewings could no longer be scheduled. This was done in consultation with our client. We are sorry that we were unable to help you with this property. It was also very extreme here with so many reactions. Hopefully it will work out with the next property. And using a search service (free and non-binding) does indeed help to receive the offer a little earlier. Some years ago, Snoek Makelaars helped us with the sale of our farm in Oldeberkoop. What none of the real estate agents achieved in a then very difficult market, was for this agent an exercise with success. Honest, realistic, connecting where the possibilities lay, and: everyone happy. I still owe him this review, I'm zero when it comes to digital matters and social media, which is how I prefer to keep it - God preserve me! But it kept haunting me; the debt I owed Snoek, namely a rightful good review. Here issie then: Snoek delivers what others can’t, keeps his promise, and knows how to balance in everyone's favor. As one of the first people called on Friday to view a property that wasn't even listed on Funda yet. The exact possibilities for viewing were not yet known and we would be called back on Tuesday after the long Pentecost weekend. Meanwhile, it is now a week later on Friday and we have not been called back. We had to call ourselves. A decision has been made for 2 viewing days. The first one is full and the second we cannot attend due to work. And that's what you have to deal with. A slightly customer-oriented real estate agent would, in consultation with the seller, create an extra moment for us because they have been lax themselves. The housing market is so good that they really don't care at all. Look, there will be a bad period in the housing market again sometime and then these kinds of things will not be forgotten. Absolutely not recommended. You don't want a real estate agent like that.
