When problems arose, it became very complicated (they wash their hands of it!) and the communication was quite poor overall. Whenever we asked critical questions, the atmosphere became quite ''arrogant''. Very unfortunate and bad in our eyes! However, we do live very comfortably here, hence the 2 stars for the effort..!

They want a 94-year-old woman who is severely dependent and relies on home care to come to the office because they don't want to answer the general question by phone about whether it is possible to adjust the frequency of paper statements from bi-weekly to weekly. Under the guise of this being customer-sensitive information, the employee then terminates the connection without giving any reason. Even when you visit the branch to get clarification, they keep repeating the above and order you to leave the premises. Therefore, no recommendation from my side.

Very helpful, friendly and honest, the purchase went smoothly at that time. Three years later, we looked for a new home. We gave our wishes to this real estate agent and they immediately got to work. A property came online that matched our wishes. But that didn't mean we were willing to buy it immediately. However, we did manage with the right offer. Then our current home was sold through them and it all went incredibly fast. Little stress experienced, everything was perfectly organized from the office to the real estate agent themselves. Whether it was a phone call or an app message, I really recommend this real estate agent to everyone.
