31 Jan 2026Binnen slechts twee maanden was alles geregeld en de verhuizing naar ons nieuwe huis was voltooid. Tijdens onze zoektocht was het eerste huis dat ons opviel al snel verkocht, dus we zijn verder gaan kijken naar andere opties. Na slechts twee bezichtigingen kwam datzelfde huis plotseling weer beschikbaar – en het stond te koop via Reuvers. We hebben direct een bezichtiging ingepland en vanaf het moment dat we binnenstapten, voelde het goed. Maarten leidde ons met oprechte aandacht en helderheid door het huis. In vergelijking met andere bezichtigingen was hij de enige die zich niet alleen op de verkoper en het huis richtte, maar ook echt rekening hield met het perspectief van de koper. De manier waarop hij het huis presenteerde, maakte de beslissing vanzelfsprekend. We hebben direct een bod uitgebracht en kort daarna belde Maarten ons om te laten weten dat het bod was geaccepteerd. Het hele proces verliep snel – binnen twee weken was het huis officieel verkocht. De communicatie verliep soepel en Maarten reageerde altijd snel op vragen en verzoeken. 27 Mar 2025I had to experience too much and too often myself. The realtor is thinking too fast. For me, it's the first time I sell a house so everything is new and unfamiliar. I expected more support and/or clarity about what I, as a seller, have to deal with.
