07 Nov 2025I contacted Hermans Makelaars about a shop premises that interested me. Initially, I was asked to look up and submit various pieces of information myself, which I did neatly. In the end, I never heard from them again. No follow-up, no clarity, no professional handling. For a real estate agent who claims to find personal contact and guidance important, this was truly disappointing. As an entrepreneur, I at least expect a decent response—especially if I myself take the initiative and provide all the requested information.

Personal attention, clear communication and a professional follow-up are exactly the basis of good service for us. It puzzles us that you had to submit various documents in advance. When it comes to commercial real estate, we always plan a viewing first before asking for additional information. That's different with rental housing, but for commercial properties we use a different approach. All the more annoying that you have experienced it differently. Your name, as mentioned in this review, is unfortunately not known in our client database.
