Everything was clearly explained and as much as possible taken care of. Martin always kept his appointments, was good to reach for questions and made the entire process very smooth. Quwendy also helped me well during the process. Thanks to their dedication, I look back on the sale with a good feeling and am extremely happy with the result. 07 Oct 2025Exceptional, 6 out of 5. Martin and Quwendy are the best professionals in their field: attentive and loyal to their clients, and proactive, fast and effective in their work. As a buyer, Martin will fight for you to the utmost and be willing to convince the seller that you are the right buyer, even if on paper you are facing someone who has made a better offer. As a seller, Martin also finds the best offer for you, not only at auctions, but – should the auction results fall short – also by getting customers who long ago gave up on their own search back into action. All the additional research – regarding VvE's, electricity supply, insurance, contracts and liabilities – is carried out smoothly and professionally, so that you don't have to worry about anything. The inspection of apartments during the purchase phase also proceeds very efficiently, with Martin being able to estimate how much a replacement or repair of a certain defect will cost you later on. All this happens with the greatest dedication to the principles of the profession. After trying several real estate agents in Groningen, I have no doubt that Martin is the person to go to if you want to be sure that you get the maximum out of your purchase or sale. That extra few hundred euros in commission is more than worth it.

07 Apr 2025Buying a house with the help of Martin and Quwendy felt like expat super easy. They kept us well informed about all steps of the process, what we could expect, and they were always willing to help. During viewings, Martin's endless knowledge made a huge difference. Everything we asked about, from structural problems, improvements, renovations to costs in the short and long term, he had an answer for. But of course, he had already noticed the problems and informed us thanks to his eye for detail by the time we asked such questions. What we appreciated most was the way he approached the offering and negotiating. He gave purely objective opinions. He never pushed for a purchase or suggested it, purely to make quick profit. He put in extra hours in the evenings for research and negotiations. And that helped us buy our dream house, a house we are completely in love with. All in all, we wholeheartedly recommend Martin and Quwendy when buying your first house/apartment. You will always feel secure during the process and especially when making an offer. You find your dream house for a fair price, without hidden maintenance costs.

Even though we were new to both the city and the country, thanks to them the entire process went very smoothly and clearly. They gave extensive explanations about all procedures and were always at our side until the last signature. The contact took place via telephone or email and the reactions to my questions were always smooth and appropriate. 07 Dec 2025Very satisfied with the service. During the intake interview we arrived at a nice and realistic asking price. The sales strategy was tailor-made, with sufficient consultation and input. The photos and video showed the house at its best. It was not an average house so it took some time to find the right buyer, but no unnecessary pressure was exerted to achieve a quick sale. A nice detail is that Tebbens Torringa is the same real estate agency that was involved in the purchase of this house 30 years ago. It goes without saying that I can recommend this real estate agent to everyone.

From the beginning, they impressed me with their efficiency, clear and transparent communication, and proactive approach. Despite the distance and time difference, I always felt well-informed and supported. Rob and his team kept me informed at every stage, explained each step of the process, and always responded quickly to my questions. They were extremely transparent from start to finish, which meant that I always understood what was happening, why certain choices were made, and what the consequences were. Their recommendations were of invaluable value in making well-considered decisions about the price, viewings, and negotiations. What struck me most was that I never had to chase them for information – they were always a step ahead, anticipating what I might need and offering options and advice in a professional and friendly manner. This gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind throughout the entire process. In my opinion, Nebomakelaars succeeded in selling my home in record time. The entire process went smoothly and efficiently, despite the fact that I managed everything from abroad. 15 Oct 2025I did not find the guidance satisfactory; ultimately, I handled the sale myself. No further contact until the moment of sale, payment through the notary, and that was it. However, they did adjust the price due to the situation, which I must honestly say was very neat.

We did not have many showings for the property, but the seller contacted the interested party directly and I was later informed that a deal had been closed through a house swap. No consultation with me or our office. I still had to draft the purchase agreement and then hand over the keys afterward. I believe that earlier and open communication would have been better.
