She assessed the house and on September 3rd, the house was listed for sale on Funda with perfect text and beautiful photos. There were many viewings and offers. On September 19th, the house was already sold!!! Really that fast.!!! Amazing! VHA real estate agents are skilled, provide good guidance, are helpful and friendly, also by phone and at the office. You simply receive a very honest and straightforward opinion. That can sometimes be difficult because she also confronts you with things you haven’t done well, but that creates a learning moment and allows you to improve again. There is also a high degree of flexibility. We had a somewhat difficult situation which resulted in us taking a hiatus in our sales and therefore we removed the property from the market. This went without any problems. Ultimately, in addition to her sales services, we also made use of her purchasing services. What an boss. In the current market, being able to get a house below the asking price and additionally the extras she managed to negotiate. Furthermore, the price is very attractive, which is of course not unpleasant for the wallet. In short, as already mentioned, a real top performer.

In 2013, Moniek Koenders was the selling broker where I first had the feeling 'that's a fine and pleasant person who really connects with me as an interested buyer'. Coincidentally, she also sold a beautiful house and we came to a purchase agreement with her and the selling party. Last year she helped me super in the purchase of an apartment (my former partner still has the beautiful house). She negotiated strictly and got more off the price than I expected. Meanwhile, I am saying goodbye to the apartment and she sold it for a beautiful price. Whereby the photos were top on funda and she wrote a nice text along with them. She put all the documents in good order. I am happy that I know how pleasant she also is for the selling party. She communicates quickly and pleasantly, gives good advice, has building knowledge in house, a professional network of appraiser and photographer. When me and my new partner go looking for a new house we will definitely approach her again.

Subsequently, no contact possible for 3 weeks even after repeated calls. The agent apparently visited the door several times without leaving a message. Eventually, telephone contact was established and from my side, the request for clearer communication was put forward and a down payment was also agreed upon. After the request for clearer communication, the cooperation was unilaterally terminated by the agent. Lovely situation that is!! First made to wait almost 4 weeks and then cancelled without giving a reason. Very good advertising for your company this 👍

I was initially a bit skeptical about the many 5-star reviews and thought they were mostly from Doornenburg residents. However, I have experienced that he is a superb real estate agent with a very attentive and fast back-office. Date unknownUnlike Corry, I am very satisfied with the service provided by Vredegoor and Lanting Makelaars. Also, I was very happy that they are 'quick' guys, because I was always helped QUICKLY. I received a price quote quickly, I was always called back quickly, and our house was sold quickly and for a very good amount! Frank really wanted to sell our house, and you could tell, compared to other real estate agents. Now what more does a customer want?? I see nothing negative in being 'quick', otherwise I might as well have put the house up for sale somewhere later on. I also want to (yes there he is again) ... 'Quickly' move on to the next phase in my life. As a customer, I expect to be helped quickly and efficiently. That the house will be sold for a good amount. That certainly happened partly thanks to the entire team of Vredegoor and Lanting Makelaars. When I had questions, I received quick answers, and they were open to suggestions such as an advertising campaign that I myself would like to run. As a customer and owner of my house, I always decide whether or not I agree with the offer and the delivery date etcetera. A possible area for improvement might be a dedicated App or improved login page for customers where you can better view the status of the sale of the property. But that's just a minor detail, and I actually expect it to come QUICKLY. In short: you can safely do business with these 'quick' guys. The entire team works hard for a good sale or purchase of your house!

We viewed several houses together and during the negotiations with the owner of our place, Frank acted quickly and adequately. This allowed us to finalize the purchase within 1 day under favorable conditions for both parties. They also remain on top of things in the subsequent process, for example by providing a good building surveyor / appraiser for the inspection and valuation. In addition to the above points, they are also nice guys, communication was very pleasant. Should we ever (re-)sell, we know how to find you, thank you so much!
