However, the communication from the real estate agent left something to be desired. Regarding things like our house key, the for sale sign in the garden, and the handling of the buyers. This has caused us to have a bad taste regarding the entire experience.

We recently sold our house with the guidance of Mieke. We experienced this as extremely positive. Mieke guided us through all the steps that need to be taken when selling a home. She translated the complicated contractual matters into everyday situations. The creation of photos and, among other things, drone images are arranged by EMKA Makelaardij. We found it convenient that we didn't have to arrange this externally ourselves. Mieke is easily accessible and communicates as needed. For now, we are extremely happy with our new home, but if we were to need a real estate agent again in the future, we would definitely return.

First off, we made an offer on a house and without a counteroffer, we were called to say the house had been sold to someone with a higher bid. I don't think that's fair, that's not how you treat each other.
