And in the higher segment there would have been more visits than you were at the bottom end. The realtor didn't find my price realistic and I went along with it because he should be the expert. And then the seller tells you that a meter of the front garden belongs to the municipality, later it turns out that half of the garden is well over 3 meters from the municipality. 339 euros taken from our noses, due to careless work by the real estate agent. We did receive an apology and they admitted their mistake, but it would be nice if he paid the 339 euros as a plaster on the wound. But they don't have that decency. A. Hoekstra

07 Nov 2025Unfortunately, I can relate to the negative reviews about this real estate agent. I was in the process of buying a commercial property where I had an option for 1 week. After this week, this real estate agent was supposed to contact me. They didn't do that, so I called myself. Which surprised me because the property was sold to someone else. The reason was that the owner had sold it himself. Contact was made with the owner and it turned out nothing was true! Be careful when doing business with this party! Oh yes, they would still call me back.....well that still hasn't happened yet.

We could ask our questions at any time, even on the weekend. These were always quickly answered (via whatsapp). Super nice communication. If things had to be done, there was never any difficulty about it. Very short lines. And a smooth process throughout.

Date unknownYet again a disappointing experience. At this brokerage, professionalism and the extra step for the customer are nowhere to be found. You don't get targeted answers to your questions, unless it is going to cost them money. Promises are not kept and when inquired about, it’s not their fault. Callbacks, only if it suits them or if it will cost them money. And when you ask more probing questions, you get an answer that even dogs wouldn't eat. In short, definitely not recommended as a broker/intermediary for new construction projects. And luckily we have more brokers in Emmeloord who do understand the customer’s needs and requirements. A missed opportunity.
