04 Apr 2025Buying a house with the help of Martin and Quwendy felt super easy as expats. They kept us well informed about all steps of the process, what to expect, and they were always ready to help. When it came to viewing properties, Martin's endless knowledge made a huge difference. He had an answer to everything we asked, from structural problems, improvements, renovation, short/long term costs. But by the time we would ask those things, he naturally already noticed the issues and informed us thanks to his eye for detail. What pleased us most was the way he handled bidding and negotiating. He gave purely objective opinions only. He never pushed a purchase or suggested it just to make quick profit. The extra hours he put in were spent on research and negotiations in the evening hours. And that led us to buy our dream house, a house we love. Overall, we highly recommend working with Martin and Quwendy when buying your first house/apartment. We received tailored advice, detailed explanation about how the whole process works, a personal touch, there is consideration for both seller and buyer, and when we got stuck with the purchase of our new home, Martin also supported us by finding the right people for us to continue. Very happy with this real estate agent and 100% recommended!

But Anderz Real Estate Agent Martin and Quwendy guided us in every respect in an incredibly professional manner. Martin is a very friendly and caring person. He made accurate decisions about this crazy market and was right every time. Without him, we would not have been able to do it. 26 Apr 2024Following an inspection, we were forced to pray (buyer unfriendly), during the inspection it was indicated that the price not only counts but also other points, ultimately we were told that the bid would not be accepted, those other points therefore do not apply and we were wrongly informed. Also, the selling price was not mentioned, hence why we did make the highest offer. Not recommended to do business with.

If all goes well, you should have received a bidding log. In it, you can see that your bid is far below the highest bid. The process was very transparent, so I don't quite understand the reaction.

Vanaf het eerste contact tot aan de afronding van het proces hebben wij een buitengewoon prettige ervaring gehad. Met name willen wij de makelaars Kjeld en Klaas in het zonnetje zetten. Tijdens de bezichtigingen hebben zij fantastisch werk geleverd. Hun professionele en vriendelijke aanpak zorgde ervoor dat ik wij een mooie prijs voor onze woning hebben gekregen. It doesn't always go smoothly, we had a lot of viewings and often almost agreements but just not quite, many hesitant people. The challenge became increasingly bigger and 'the persistent wins' is a good saying. We eventually found a good buyer who could also take it over quickly, which was important for you, because the house was already empty.
