17 Apr 2025Buying a house with the help of Martin and Quwendy felt super easy as expats. They kept us well informed about all steps of the process, what to expect, and they were always ready to help. When it came to viewing properties, Martin's endless knowledge made a huge difference. He had an answer to everything we asked, from structural problems, improvements, renovation, short/long term costs. But by the time we would ask those things, he naturally already noticed the issues and informed us thanks to his eye for detail. What pleased us most was the way he handled bidding and negotiating. He gave purely objective opinions only. He never pushed a purchase or suggested it just to make quick profit. The extra hours he put in were spent on research and negotiations in the evening hours. And that led us to buy our dream house, a house we love. Overall, we highly recommend working with Martin and Quwendy when buying your first house/apartment. We received tailored advice, detailed explanation about how the whole process works, a personal touch, there is consideration for both seller and buyer, and when we got stuck with the purchase of our new home, Martin also supported us by finding the right people for us to continue. 18 Jun 2024Following an inspection, we were forced to pray (buyer unfriendly), during the inspection it was indicated that the price not only counts but also other points, ultimately we were told that the bid would not be accepted, those other points therefore do not apply and we were wrongly informed. Also, the selling price was not mentioned, hence why we did make the highest offer. Not recommended to do business with.

If all goes well, you should have received a bidding log. In it, you can see that your bid is far below the highest bid. The process was very transparent, so I don't quite understand the reaction.

For example, I ask 3 questions via Move or app, and it takes a long time to get an answer, and then only for 1 out of the 3 questions. Tip: Assign one employee responsible for ensuring customer questions are answered. They were all nice, friendly people though. If they do that better, I will definitely recommend them.

Also, the agent did not have prices for comparable homes ready. The advice was always to bid significantly above the asking price. So little added value.

12 Mar 2025Very pleasant experiences with this real estate agency. Four years ago, when we were house hunting without a buyer's agent, we came into contact with this office twice. Then still as representative of the selling party. They were by far the nicest agents we encountered. Finally someone who takes the time for you. Honest and complete in their answers. Senses whether you want the house. Also come across as friendly and especially human. Not the idea that they want to inflate the housing market, although ultimately it is: what the fool will pay. But they are not crazy when it comes to real estate. Furthermore smooth in dealing with each other, dare to make a joke, but at all times professional. It's a shame Christine no longer works there. But Wouter does, luckily. So this office was engaged for the sale of our current and purchase of a new home. Delighted with this choice. In short: pleasant to deal with again, keep their heads cool, easily accessible, clear/favorable rates. And very happy with the photographer they have hired! Our thanks are great!
