He stated that he normally 'only deals with the higher segment' and therefore apparently felt too good for the 200K property we were opting for. Had Groenhout Makelaars not been involved, our purchase would have proceeded more pleasantly and easily. Edit: I just read the things that the poster below me posted 2 months after me: Very recognizable, our house was listed on the internet as being in good condition (except for the kitchen), but actually everything (really everything) needs to be replaced. A very unreliable and unfair realtor.

Date unknownVery disappointed in this realtor. Pieter sold us the property and withheld a lot of information. As a result, we were confronted with large, high, and unexpected costs. They do rake in the money, but don't work on a solution. Only when a bad review is posted do they react. Again very disappointed. A meeting is now proposed, but during the period when complaints rained down, it was 'not home'. You should be ashamed of how you treat customers. Just sent the people for the maintenance and repair of the plastic window frames and doors away. Again a post of over 6000 euros where we were not made aware. A viewing of just under 20 minutes and then increasing the pressure. We are sick of being completely boxed in here. A young house of 10 years says nothing.

Leonie is truly an excellent employee who works hard, thinks along well and always looks for solutions. After a few conversations, when we thought we would be looking for a house for quite some time. That turned out to be different thanks to her hard work and attentiveness; we found our first home within 2 weeks!! We naturally only have praise for this experience. 14 Aug 2025As a potential buyer, it is very difficult to get a viewing. I was not called back about this initially, as promised. Had to call again myself and then they said they were fully booked. Ultimately, through contact with the homeowners (who were very surprised by the way Snoek makelaars operates), we were still able to get an appointment that had to be rescheduled on the day of the viewing due to “an important appointment”. I was already done with this realtor and now even more so. We are letting this property pass us by with great reluctance. I would not entrust the sale of my home to this firm if I lived near Oosterwolde.

What none of the real estate agents achieved in a then very difficult market, was for this agent an exercise with success. Honest, realistic, connecting where the possibilities lay, and: everyone happy. I am still indebted to him for this review, I'm zero when it comes to digital affairs and social media, which led to postponement after postponement. But it kept haunting me; the debt I owed Snoek, namely a well-deserved (!) good review. Here it is then: Snoek delivers what others cannot, he keeps his appointment, and knows how to balance in everyone's favor. An honest business! Therefore; I would do it again without hesitation. Good luck further Snoek and greetings from us: Robin, the Buijze family, formerly Oldeberkoop, now Rotterdam...

28 Jun 2025As one of the first people called on Friday to view a property that wasn't even listed on Funda yet. The exact possibilities for viewing were not yet known and we would be called back on Tuesday after the long Pentecost weekend. Meanwhile, it is now a week later on Friday and we have not been called back. We had to call ourselves. A decision has been made for 2 viewing days. The first one is full and the second we cannot attend due to work. And that's what you have to deal with. A slightly customer-oriented real estate agent would, in consultation with the seller, create an extra moment for us because they have been lax themselves. The housing market is so good that they really don't care at all. Look, there will be a bad period in the housing market again sometime and then these kinds of things will not be forgotten. Absolutely not recommended. You don't want a real estate agent like that.
