A very nice team of people, open, transparent and what I experienced as nice are the short lines and quick switching! Also the knowledge of the neighborhoods is very nice, multiple times given the advice 'skip this property' which gave me the feeling that they really take into account the wishes I had. 14 Sep 2025We sold our house through Moll Real Estate Agents. It was not a regular home but a house with business space attached. Such a property is somewhat harder to sell than an ordinary house. Therefore, the sales process could sometimes be quite complex. That required extra effort from us as well as the real estate agent. Sometimes we had different opinions about certain things, but in the end, we managed well together. Ultimately, the house was sold in a good way, and we are happy about that.

Ultimately, through contact with the homeowners (who were very surprised by the way Snoek makelaars operates), we were still able to get an appointment that had to be rescheduled on the day of the viewing due to “an important appointment”. I was already done with this realtor and now even more so. We are letting this property pass us by with great reluctance. I would not entrust the sale of my home to this firm if I lived near Oosterwolde.

The exact possibilities for viewing were not yet known and we would be called back on Tuesday after the long Pentecost weekend. Meanwhile, it is now a week later on Friday and we have not been called back. We had to call ourselves. A decision has been made for 2 viewing days. The first one is full and the second we cannot attend due to work. And that's what you have to deal with. A slightly customer-oriented real estate agent would, in consultation with the seller, create an extra moment for us because they have been lax themselves. The housing market is so good that they really don't care at all. Look, there will be a bad period in the housing market again sometime and then these kinds of things will not be forgotten. Absolutely not recommended. You don't want a real estate agent like that.
