Selling a house, call Lex! When exploring real estate agents, you always ended up with established firms and their absurd prices for startup costs and commission. Why pay a percentage of the selling price? The realtor does the same work whether you're selling a large villa or an apartment. I wasn’t interested in that and, after recommendations from others, ended up with Koopklik. Here you can effectively sell your home yourself for a fixed price without the ancillary matters you don't understand. Lex is knowledgeable and handles all the paperwork, Funda listing, and other things like the notary etc. You conduct the tours of the house yourself. The advantage is that you know who the potential buyers are, and the seller knows the most about the property. Viewers also found this very pleasant. Contact with Lex is good; if he's busy, he calls back quickly, and he knows what he’s talking about. I definitely recommend this realtor.

I hired this company to help me buy a house, but ultimately it felt like a complete waste of money. One of their main promises was to send me offers before they hit the market, tailored to my specific criteria. However, the listings they provided did not match what I was looking for, rendering this service essentially useless. My representative was initially Anne Wilbers. She told me upfront that she was inexperienced because she was new in the role, and I decided to give her a fair chance. Unfortunately, she wasn't helpful. Communication was slow: I often had to wait days for a response, and she was frequently unavailable for house viewings. This led me to wonder why I was paying for a service when my representative wasn’t even present. After a few months, I requested a new representative and was assigned Peter. Although he was significantly better, he struggled with personal difficulties, which I understood and sympathized with, so I won't comment negatively on that. Ultimately, however, I negotiated, placed my offer, and completed the entire home buying process myself, without their help. Despite this, I still had to pay due to the contract I signed. My overall experience with this company was disappointing, and I found their service a complete waste of money. I would not recommend them at all.

We arrived at Hendriks Makelaardij for home seekers in early August. Through Hendriks, we came into contact with Danny Koppen mortgage advisor (a master of his craft). First a non-binding exploratory meeting in Roermond. We had wishes and conditions regarding what we want in our new Mortgage, and he had various options that would all be possible for us. I have had many mortgages and houses throughout my life, but never received such an excellent explanation and service as with Danny Koppen. My wife was not present at the exploratory meeting, but felt very comfortable when Danny briefly explained things to us on the phone. It felt right…I will recommend Danny’s service as a mortgage advisor and realtor Ivo to everyone, truly a chapeau for their customer-focused service. When our offer was accepted, Danny arranged everything, discussed it with us, and then processed it. We received everything explained in understandable language. Danny is always accessible. If he is in an appointment, he will always call or text back. Everything was neatly arranged and regularly we were asked if everything was clear and how things stood. It was worth it for us to write a good story here and people will also admit this after visiting these people. Thank you very much Danny & Ivo.

Zeer slechte ervaring. Ze hebben tijdens het eerste huisbezoek gelogen over een lekkage, hebben geen goede documentatiecontrole uitgevoerd en tijdens de huisinspectie hebben ze veel problemen over het hoofd gezien. Ze probeerden mij vóór de overdracht te laten betalen. Ik had drie agenten in ons geval: de tweede reageerde niet meer en de derde was iets behulpzamer, maar er werd niets opgelost

Wij hebben een geweldige ervaring gehad met Leonardo! Hij organiseerde huisbezichtigingen voor ons en hield ons altijd op de hoogte van nieuw aanbod. Toen we ons huis vonden, was zijn advies van onschatbare waarde bij onze biedingen en hij verzorgde alle onderhandelingen met als resultaat dat we een succesvol bod hadden. Alle administratie achteraf verzorgde hij ook en hij hield ons gedurende het hele proces op de hoogte. Omdat buitenlanders het hele proces en de complexiteit van de Nederlandse huizenmarkt niet kenden, maakten de inspanningen van Leonardo het hele proces zoveel gemakkelijker en stressvrij. Zonder zijn inzet zouden we waarschijnlijk nog steeds op zoek zijn naar een plek. Zou Leonardo en (De Brabant Makelaar) 100% aanbevelen aan iedereen die overweegt een huis te kopen!

Mocht je een eerlijke review willen zien, raad ik je aan dit verhaal goed te lezen! Wij zijn bij deze ‘makelaar’ ( lees verder waarom ik dit met haakjes typ) terecht gekomen maar hebben spijt en raden dit niemand aan! Ten eerste komt deze meneer letterlijk elke afspraak te laat waardoor wijzelf de mensen moesten ontvangen (vaak in onze ‘poets outfit’ en met de auto’s vol honden omdat wij i.v.m. de honden het huis pas last minute konden leeg halen) kan je je voorstellen wat voor indruk dit geeft op mensen die komen bezichtigen? Ten tweede werd er gelogen dat er bijvoorbeeld 4 bezichtigingen waren geweest terwijl we op onze ring deurbel 3 koppels zagen. Daarnaast heeft deze meneer ons huis niet eens in reallife gezien en zette het zo op funda! Bij de eerste bezichtiging zag hij gelijk met de klant het huis voor de eerste keer.. hoe onprofessioneel? Wij hebben camera’s in huis voor onze honden, deze waren opgeborgen, maar konden wel geluid terug luisteren. Nu komt het: we hoorden letterlijk dat de TELEFONISTE van dit bedrijf, die dus enkel afspraken inpland normaal gesproken, ons huis ging ‘verkopen’ (dus de rondleiding ging doen) en we zagen ‘de makelaar’ op onze deurbel ROKEN in onze voortuin tijdens dat zij die rondleiding gaf?! Onze ogen en oren vielen bijna van ons gezicht af!!! Waarom uberhaupt deze vrouw mee was wist ook niemand, dit werd ook niet gecommuniceerd met ons, een andere keer was er ook al opeens on gecommuniceerd een meisje mee. Als kers op de taart zijn er 11 bezichtigingen geweest waarvan 0 biedingen, ja je leest het goed. Ik kan je vertellen dat wij geen krot te koop hadden staan. Maar nu met onze nieuwe makelaar met jaren ervaring in het vak, bleek dat deze man het huis gewoon veel te duur te koop heeft gezet, terwijl wij het zelf nog hebben aangeboden om voor 20.000 goedkoper te zetten dan dat hij eigenlijk wilde. Nou nu komt het verhaal ‘makelaar’ deze man noemt zich inderdaad makelaar omdat dit blijkbaar een vrij beroep is. Dit is een aanname maar ik denk persoonlijk dat deze man niet eens een diploma in de richting van dit vak heeft. Hij werd ook gewoon in sommige dingen verbeterd door klanten en je merkt dat hij totaal geen idee heeft wat hij doet. Dus inderdaad jij of ik kunnen precies het zelfde, hij doet niet meer of minder dan dat je zelf je rondleiding zou geven, nouja zelf zou je in ieder geval op tijd zijn en niet je buurvrouw of een telefoon assistent het laten doen ;). Dit is ook de reden dat hij zelf niet taxeert, dat mag hij namelijk niet, hij is ook niet nvm aangesloten. Nou ik zal vast nog wel wat vergeten zijn aangezien er zo veel echt fout is wat deze man doet. Maar om het af te ronden; we vroegen of hij zelf vond of alles is gegaan zoals hij had gehoopt.. en zijn antwoord was; ja eigenlijk wel.. nou wij een soort van gelijk aan dit verhaal gestuurd en gevraagd om een compensatie voor de maand extra kosten van ons huis die we nu extra kwijt zijn. Wilde hij niet, prima, toen hebben we aangegeven een eerlijke review te gaan schrijven. En verbazing na verbazing: hij stuurt het dreigende bericht ‘dat zou ook zonde van jouw 5 sterren zijn’ daarmee doelt hij op ons bedrijf wat 5 sterren scoort, waar hij totaal nog nooit zaken o.i.d. mee gedaan heeft dus geen enkel recht heeft om een review te schrijven gebaseerd op niks/geen persoonlijke ervaring? (Dus puur wraak omdat wij een eerlijke review schrijven over een bedrijf waar we wél zaken mee gedaan hebben). Nou dat laat ons zeker niet afschrikken want ik wil graag mensen waarschuwen, en geloof me, ons huis staat in een leuke wijk, vrijwel compleet verbouwd afgelopen 2 jaar, je zou denken dat dit niet moeilijk is om te verkopen. Dus denk 2x na voor je een makelaar kiest, dit maakt namelijk echt iets uit, zelfs in deze tijd! Vervolg: Ja hoor mensen, Nog geen uur later en deze droeftoeter heeft een 1ster geplaatst bij ons bedrijf wat sinds de start, en al jaren enkel 5 sterren heeft gekregen, Laat lekker het achterste van zijn tong zien, deze man heeft nog nooit iets met ons bedrijf te maken gehad.Nogmaals:denk na met wie je zaken doet!

Wij willen Aryo bedanken voor zijn steun en toewijding bij het vinden van ons droomhuis. Een huis kopen is zeker niet eenvoudig, maar hij heeft het heel vlot gedaan. We bezoeken veel huizen en Aryo zei altijd tegen ons “bied gewoon iets aan als je je thuis voelt in dit huis”. Dit zorgde er zeker voor dat we ons op ons gemak en zelfverzekerd voelden bij het bieden. Ik zou het iedereen aanbevelen die het juiste huis wil vinden. Heel erg bedankt Aryo en het hele team.

Ik heb het genoegen gehad om met Roger van De Brabant Makelaars samen te werken en de service die ik kreeg. Roger heeft me geholpen het perfecte huis te vinden en te kopen in slechts 7 dagen! Zijn kennis van de markt en snelle actie zorgden ervoor dat het hele proces soepel en stressvrij verliep. Roger was ongelooflijk responsief, altijd beschikbaar om mijn vragen te beantwoorden, en hij zorgde ervoor dat alles in recordtijd werd afgehandeld. Zijn professionaliteit en toewijding vielen echt op, en ik had het gevoel dat hij gedurende het hele proces mijn beste belangen voor ogen had. Tijdens een bezichtiging leerde ik makelaar Linda kennen. Het voelde meteen zo goed en persoonlijk, dat ik de verkoop van mijn huis aan haar heb toevertrouwd. ViaDAL bestaat uit een klein team maar is groots in hun kwaliteiten. Geen vraag is teveel. Ard is zeer duidelijk in het finacieel advies, open en transparant. Begin dit jaar een financieel adviesgesprek gehad bij Viadal voor de aankoop van onze nieuwe woning. Na de aankoop van onze nieuwe woning ook de keuze gemaakt om Viadal onze oude woning te laten verkopen.
