31 Aug 2024Zowel bij de aankoop van mijn nieuwe woning als de verkoop van mijn oude woning (na een dwaling mijnerzijds met een andere, prutsende en veel duurdere makelaar op Noord-Beveland (Boot)), hebben Michel maar vooral Corinda, mij super bijgestaan. Mijn huis was redelijk snel verkocht en de aankoop verliep ook zeer vlotjes. Een extra bezichtiging, voor opmeting en dergelijke, was nooit een probleem. Ze vragen geen opstartkosten, zoals die andere makelaar en zijn dus uiteindelijk goedkoper en ook nog eens beter in verkoop geweest van mijn oude woning. Ook de woning van de nieuwe eigenaren werd snel verkocht. Ook het ander personeel is heel aardig, netjes in communicatie en leveren mooi en correct werk, zoals de brochure. Fijne makelaar en nogmaals een pluim voor Corinda! Bedankt voor alles!

Daar waar het met een potentiele koper niet zo lekker liep goed en deskundig geadviseerd. In spannende tijd van ’s ochtends vroeg tot ‘s avonds laat bereikbaar. Ons tweede huis zal ook zeker via deze makelaar worden verkocht.
