They explain in understandable language what and when something will happen so you don't encounter unpleasant surprises. They take care of things where they can with great respect for our wishes, which is really nice! We had to deal with a very unpleasant buyer's agent, and Ingrid managed this very well so we didn't have a lingering feeling about the sale. This allowed us to experience firsthand that Ingrid primarily measures with a human touch, which is reassuring. We also experienced that the team looks critically at themselves and therefore gets the best out of the sale and each other in a very pleasant way.
