Date unknownA peculiar way of doing things during the sale. Made an appointment as number 2 because earlier really wasn't possible. Number 2 on the list. During the viewing, suddenly two other interested parties for us appeared. Remarkable, being number 2 on the list. Either they can't count, or they are playing games, or .... fill in the blanks. It is not reliable; the overheated Hugo market will be to blame, but integrity you only sell once. In summary, a typical real estate agent experience. It’s comparable to the croquette sandwich at Efteling; as long as we all continue buying it, price and quality don't matter. Next. Update: Of course, it is very annoying when people are not positive. An appointment is an appointment was not the case here. The attempt to turn a bad review around is confirming; find the best buyer and then give up your decency for that. That’s your choice, stand behind it instead of trying to make excuses for what was crooked. Bad experience, get over it. Wishing you all the best.

Your internet pseudonym: “Mutiny” is apparently not chosen for nothing… At the time of scheduling, you were indeed the 2nd viewer of the property in question. As you may have noticed, you are currently not the only one searching the housing market. Yes, we also think that the previous Minister for Housing, Spatial Planning and Environment is partly to blame for this, but that’s another discussion…. When you think that we no longer schedule viewings after Mr. “HFC Muiterij” has scheduled something, you are indeed mistaken. Our task is to find the best buyer for our clients. You were not that in this case. Good luck with the next one and perhaps see you again! PS: We can count just fine. Our office has already carried out 1,785 individual viewings this year. Fortunately, most viewers appreciated our personal approach!

Date unknownMy assessment of this real estate agent is based on an experience relating to a new construction project. The allocation procedure is anything but transparent. Promises are made that are not kept, and an agreed appointment is cancelled without mercy. This concerns the biggest purchase of your life. The rules seem to change every time, this way of working is really not okay. Accurate, reliable and honest do not appear in their dictionary. The complaint has been lodged with Postma Makelaars, they have (via email) offered apologies for the lack of clarity. We no longer trust this real estate agent thanks to this very unpleasant experience.

They do everything perfectly according to the rules, but their personal involvement ensures that you truly feel understood. The photos and videos were beautiful and the house was sold within 3 weeks! Date unknownHendriks was our purchasing agent. Initially, I noticed enthusiasm, truly thought we were being helped. But we engage a purchasing agent because we know too little about Apeldoorn, about the condition (does a house meet the standards of this time) of a house, to prevent us (60-plussers) from sitting on a pink cloud. And therefore bringing in facts. Even though it is a house with a heat pump, the conditions for a heat pump are not met. Moreover, now that we live there, we discover that the extension from 2011 (no building plans, supposedly in Apeldoorn without a building permit at that time - unknown to us) has underfloor heating with pipes spaced 15 to 20 cm apart. The heat pump cannot handle this and there is no radiator (in any case nowhere on the ground floor) in this room. There is a wood-burning stove, however. We now have to burn this for whole days with code red (what we are doing to the environment). Also, the heat pump is located on the extension. What we are now discovering is that it does not have a concrete roof but wood. So it functions as a sounding board and we are now enjoying the TRRRRRILLLLLINGEN all day long. We are over six hundred thousand euros poorer and completely in deep trouble. It's scandalous how older houses are sold like hotcakes. That brokers (both purchasing and selling agents) ensure that this comes with high prices. This house had energy label C. This house costs a ton more than our previous house (energy label A++) and now we have 4 walls with a roof where a heat pump is located that provides insufficient heating and 2 wood stoves which are actually not allowed to be used due to almost every day code red. Also, the house was technically inspected, but these things do not come to light. Four hundred and fifty thousand euros would have been very nice for this house. But according to the purchasing agent, there is no underbidding in this neighborhood. ??????? I think we should knock on ‘MAX helps’ door. Don't engage a purchasing agent. Don't have a technical inspection done. Use your common sense and investigate the condition of the house yourself before buying. January 22, 2025: what makes it even worse is the cold weather. The kitchen does not get warmer than 14 degrees. ‘‘s morgens bij het opstaan is daar de temp. nog lager. The Daikin outdoor unit from 2022 is frozen and doesn't thaw on its own. It should do so.
