Postma Makelaars in Deventer: I am extremely satisfied with the service of my buyer's agent Postma. After searching for a few years for the perfect home, I ultimately succeeded through this agency. What particularly struck me was the enormous flexibility and speed of the service. Every time I had something in mind, there was quick and accurate response. There were an awful lot of viewings, but I was always well guided and felt that my wishes and needs were genuinely considered. The agent was always well prepared and came with a suitable offer, which was not only accurate but also actually aligned with what I was looking for. The flexibility was also a great plus point for me. Whether it was making appointments or quickly switching between different options, the agent was always willing to think along and make time for me. After first trying to buy a house myself, we decided to hire a buyer's agent due to the challenging housing market. I haven't regretted it for a second. Where I missed signs, Jeroen knew how to advise me to increase my chances. He helped me search specifically for a suitable home and actively thought along with what was important to me. Jeroen and his team were always accessible and involved. Thanks to them, I managed to buy my first owner-occupied property within two months! I want to thank Jeroen and the rest of the team at Hendriks for their commitment and making my dream apartment come true!

Hendriks was onze aankoopmakelaar. In eerste instantie merkte ik enthousiasme, dacht werkelijk geholpen te worden. Maar wij nemen een aankoopmakelaar in de arm, omdat wij te weinig over Apeldoorn weten, over de staat (voldoet een huis aan de normen van deze tijd) van een huis weten, behoeden dat wij (60-plussers) teveel op een roze wolk zitten. En dus met feiten komt. Het mag dan een huis met warmtepomp zijn, maar aan de voorwaarden voor een warmtepomp is niet voldaan. Sterker, nu we er wonen komen we er achter dat de aanbouw uit 2011 (geen bouwtekeningen, mocht in apeldoorn zonder bouwaanvraag in die tijd (onbekend bij ons)) vloerverwarming heeft waarvan de buizen 15 tot 20 cm uit elkaar liggen. Dat trekt de warmtepomp niet en er is geen radiator (overigens nergens in de benedenverdieping) in deze ruimte. Wel een houtkachel. Deze moeten we nu hele dagen stoken met code rood (wat doen wij de omgeving aan). Ook staat de warmtepomp op de aanbouw. Waar wij nu achter komen is dat deze geen betonnen dak heeft maar hout. Dus als klankkast fungeert en wij nu hele dagen genieten van de TRRRRRILLLLLLINGEN. Wij zijn ruim zes ton armer en zitten geheel in de shit. Schandalig dat oudere huizen als zoete broodjes over de toonbank gaan. Dat makelaars (zowel aankoop- als verkoopmakelaar) er voor zorgen dat dit met hoge prijzen gepaard gaat. Dit huis had energielabel C. Dit huis kost een ton meer dan ons vorige huis (energielabel A++) en hebben nu 4 muren met een dak waar een warmtepomp in zit die onvoldoende warmt en 2 houtkachels die eigenlijk niet gebruikt mogen worden ivm bijna iedere dag code rood. Ook is het huis technisch gekeurd, maar komen deze dingen niet boven water. Viereneenhalve ton had heel netjes geweest voor dit huis. Maar volgens de aankoopmakelaar wordt er in deze wijk niet ondergeboden. ??????? Ik denk dat wij aan moeten kloppen bij ‘MAX helpt’. Neem geen aankoopmakelaar. Doe geen technische keuring. Gebruik je gezonde verstand en pluis de staat van het huis zelf uit voor de koop. 22 januari 2025: wat het nog erger maakt is het koude weer. In de keuken wordt het niet warmer dan 14 graden. ‘‘s morgens bij het opstaan is daar de temp. nog lager. De buitenunit van Daikin uit 2022 is bevroren en ontdooit niet uit zichzelf. Dit hoort wel. RAMP, RAMP, RAMP

Bad experience, especially with Marloes, she comes to your home with nice promises, if the house doesn't sell quickly she leaves it behind, no longer answers the phone, ignores callback requests just like apps. In the office there is also someone who has to choose 4 out of the 38 photos for the eye-catcher on Funda, what does this person choose, whose profession it is to promote your house? A photo of a general outdoor space and the toilet door???? After my phone call about this I get a discussion about that taste of beautiful photos is debatable. My house was rented out for a period and the tenant cooperated neatly with viewings, when he received a phone call about it. Hendriks doesn't care about that either, they just go inside. You are not kept informed via impersonal email about how the viewing went. Meanwhile, you are bound by a contract where the conditions have changed on their part, namely that they do their best to sell your house. I still want to give a compliment to Twan who also works there, he does his best and found the situation unpleasant. And afterwards you get a hefty bill for the sale, which was not the merit of Hendriks real estate agency. People, think before you hire them.
