27 Dec 2024I have arranged many of my insurances through Vlieg and when I was buying a new car, it was the logical step to request a quote here; furthermore, I also compared things myself online. Richard quickly sent me a quote based on what I had requested. Because I am not completely familiar with the subtle nuances between insurances and the price differences which varied, I asked for an explanation whereupon Richard once again inventoried my wishes in order to then find a tailor-made policy whereby I pay slightly more than through an online provider, but am assured of good service. Arranging both the new insurance and handling the previous insurance went quickly and I was kept neatly informed; even when I had questions about my new insurance after the purchase, I received a quick, correct and complete answer to my questions. In summary, I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by Vlieg and in this case with Richard’s commitment in particular, keep up the good work! :)

17 Jan 2025Tijdens de voorbereidingen voor de verkoop van onze eerste woning kozen we voor Saen Makelaars, omdat we bij een andere makelaar niet het juiste gevoel kregen. De woning werd naar volle tevredenheid verkocht, en daarom kozen we bij de verkoop van onze tweede woning opnieuw voor Saen Makelaars. En opnieuw zijn we zeer tevreden. Het verkoopproces is grotendeels geautomatiseerd via een Move-account, waar alle documentatie geüpload en gedownload wordt. Wij vonden dit goed toegankelijk en makkelijk te gebruiken. De communicatie met Anniek was prettig en professioneel. Er werd goed naar onze wensen geluisterd. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is wat ons betreft dan ook uitstekend. Omdat het de tweede woning was die we verkochten, kregen we ongevraagd 10 procent courtagekorting, wat we erg waarderen. En misschien speelde de mooie houten vogelbroedplaats die we na de verkoop van onze eerste woning ontvingen toch ook wel een kleine rol in onze keuze voor Saen Makelaars.

11 Feb 2025Great conversation about the house. It had been for sale for 3 months with another real estate agent. Then move, new floor installed and HR real estate agent engaged. They styled the living and bedroom nicely, took beautiful photos and made a video where they appear on screen to promote the house. This evokes much more curiosity than such a boring video with dull music like most real estate agents. Within 3 weeks a nice offer and the house sold.
