After agreements about taking the photos and the timing, there was a quick sale after placement for sale with good coordination. Even on weekends or late evenings there was a response and nothing was too much to ask. We certainly had a very good experience with this and I would also definitely recommend it to you. It's a slightly smaller real estate agency because they haven't been around for very long but precisely because of this, they are more involved. And certainly doesn't skimp on supply and demand.

Inflating the price after the seller has already agreed. Absolutely no ethics. Should give you a sense of security as an NVM real estate agent, but here nothing is certain.
