We bought a house where Richard was the selling agent. During the first viewing we only had 15 minutes because the next one was already waiting outside in the rain. Also during the viewing it was said that there would be a permit for a garage which later turned out not to be the case. Replacing most of the thatched roof was promised to be much cheaper than it turned out to be. During the inspection on the day of purchase, he behaved like a jerk. Maximum 15 minutes for the inspection, reacting distantly to the fact that the previous occupants had left the house dirty and with a lot of junk. When we were at the notary, he did not congratulate us or greet us when he left. What a guy! And for example not reacting to the question why there was tape on a radiator knob, which turned out to be broken. Definitely not a recommendation!! Also bad reaction to questions from our buying agent, for example about the fact that the previous occupants had taken 6-10 bushes from the garden, which is officially not allowed!
