However, we could only get an appointment with our current mortgage provider 10 days later, in this time you have to act quickly, and Ronald came to our rescue. He made room in his schedule the next day so that we could go to the viewing of our dream house well informed the day after and also be able to acquire it. Extremely satisfied with this service, we asked Steffan for the sale of our own home. This went perfectly and our own home was sold in a short time. It's unfortunate that you experienced the contact this way and that we have to read it through this review. In our opinion, we did everything possible to keep the contact as personal as possible, but the fact that you live in Spain, were not reachable by phone, and also responded very late to emails certainly didn't make it easy. We therefore cannot agree with this review. Fortunately, our other reviews show that other customers do not experience it this way...

A lot of explanation had to be given to mortgage lenders. But he succeeded. You can always contact him with questions. Everything is explained in a homely atmosphere, while enjoying a cup of coffee which is immediately offered by Ronald's lovely colleagues. 👏

What started as wishful thinking became increasingly serious, partly thanks to Ronald's good help with our financing. After half a year of searching, we found a lovely little house and we will be moving in December. Ronald and Steffan have always helped us well and despite the fact that the lender sometimes worked against it, they were still able to arrange it for us. Also, the agent did not have prices for comparable homes ready. The advice was always to bid significantly above the asking price. So little added value.

Date unknownATTENTION people! I have never encountered such a bad real estate agent to date. Besides being very difficult to reach, callbacks don't happen at all. Fraud and deception may even apply here. Considerable messing around with point scoring and other documents. Naturally, no one wants to hear complaints here. An official complaint has now been lodged with the NVM regarding their actions; I turned out not to be the only one. However, you remain a victimized tenant or buyer. So for anyone reading this, be warned. A warned person counts for two.

Date unknownI am very satisfied with Makelaar Idee. In this overheated market, Andre and his team managed to keep a cool head and come up with the right proposals. This demonstrates expertise, insight and a feel for the market. The contact was good, efficient, no blabla....but the energy focused on selling the house, not standing still but looking ahead. The employees of Makelaar Idee also knew what they were doing, which indicates good internal communication within the team. Lars in particular played an important role in the sale of the property. His empathy towards buyer and seller made the difference that the property was sold to the right person. Buyer happy, we happy! A big compliment to Makelaar Idee, led by a driven owner/manager who from the start has earned and always maintained our trust. Should we ever want to buy or sell a home again, we will definitely involve Andre and his team in our plans.

An amount you might get if there are bids over the asking price, but we felt that shouldn't be set as the asking price then. When it turned out that there was relatively little interest in the property, we adjusted the asking price downwards in consultation.
