The type of house was familiar to us due to acquaintances in the street and therefore the real estate agent fell short with incorrect information. We heard nothing until half an hour before the deadline, when we received information from the sellers themselves. Despite being able to place our bid, we then received a call informing us that our bid had not been accepted but that if the potential buyer could not complete the purchase, our offer would still be accepted, so we would be kept informed about the situation. The end result is that to this day (more than 5 months later), we have heard nothing from the real estate agent and again received information via the sellers...

Beste C, het spijt mij te horen dat je niet tevreden bent. Als ik het goed lees gaat het hier over 2 dingen: de bezichtiging en de communicatie. Wat ik heb kunnen terugvinden mbt de bezichtiging is dat de makelaar vanwege ziekte de woning van een collega heeft moeten overnemen. Daardoor moesten er wat zaken worden uitgezocht en wat ik kan zien is dat jullie daar ook antwoord op hebben gekregen bv over de kruipruimte. Dan hebben we nog de communicatie. Deze communicatie, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling, liep allemaal via je partner en via move blijft dit bewaard en heb ik dus ook kunnen terugvinden. Ik snap daarom je opmerkingen niet want in deze communicatie zie ik dat je wel antwoord hebt gekregen op al je vragen zoals biedingstermijn en eindstand van zaken. Je bent van harte welkom om dit bij ons te komen bekijken en dan kunnen we dit ook verder met elkaar uitpraten.

Zelfs op een zondag hebben we de aangekochte woning nogmaals van binnen bekeken. De datum van oplevering hebben we samen besproken en is van u gekomen. Een makelaar bepaalt nl geen datum. Als u weken na het ondertekenen van de koopakte de datum van oplevering wil aanpassen ivm verbouwplannen, dan moeten de kopers daarmee akkoord gaan. Wij kunnen hen niet dwingen. Helaas hadden zij net de huur opgezegd waardoor zij niet anders konden dan volhouden aan de afgesproken datum in de koopakte. Dat is hun goed recht. Onze Funda reviews zijn altijd goed omdat wij staan achter ons werk en onze service. Wij herkennen ons dan ook niet in uw verhaal. Goed dat u blij bent met uw nieuwe woning. Wij wensen u dan ook veel woonplezier.
