30 May 2025Very disappointing experience with the sales procedure of Kalenberg Noord 30 in Ossenzijl. As one of the last two serious bidders, I unfortunately had to conclude that there is no equal treatment, transparency or professional handling at this office. My increased bid of €452,000 without a financing condition, submitted via email (as permitted in their own sales instructions), was only acknowledged after I had to repeatedly inquire. To date, no evidence has been provided that this bid was actually passed on to both sellers. Nor was a bid log provided, while the house has since been withdrawn from sale. In addition, I received incorrect information about the motives of the sellers (“the brother didn’t want to sell”), whereas later it turned out that the daughter – who was notably the client of the office and co-owner – had taken over her brother's share. This double role was never reported, which points to a serious conflict of interest. During the sales process, essential documents were missing, such as a complete floor plan and a completed questionnaire. This meant that there was no equal provision of information compared to other bidders, such as the daughter, brother and neighbors who also expressed interest. My request to make direct contact with the sellers (now that the office is no longer playing an active role) has been repeatedly refused, thereby blocking my remaining chance of purchase. This experience demonstrates a lack of due diligence, transparency and professional decency. A real estate agent should mediate objectively, not entangle interests and withhold information.

Through our office, no sale was concluded because the seller ultimately did not want to sell the property. We received compliments from several other bidders, whom we also had to disappoint, regarding the correct and open communication about the unusual course of events concerning the offered property.

What I find a pity is that real estate agents generally do little for buyers when there are holidays or special days. Many people specifically want to come on an Easter day or a Saturday. Why not take an extra step if you own your own company. No collective labor agreement restrictions. Another point is that the brokerage fees in rural areas are clearly higher than in urban areas.

The strange thing is that after two weeks they still needed additional information. It concerned two house numbers, which they had also merged into 1 report. 04 Sep 2024You can expect a realistic view of the housing market and practical advice from Jannie Keizer and her colleagues. Like a tiger, Jannie strives to get the best out of a sale. The nice thing is that there are no barriers to asking or submitting anything to Jannie or the employees. A downside was that some appointments, such as callbacks, sometimes got lost in translation, but it was also a hectic time, because our house was sold within 14 days.

In both cases, this was successfully completed within two weeks thanks to my real estate agent Marc Boerma. He is warm and understanding in his interactions and works expertly, efficiently, and quickly when buying and selling. He collaborated on a good coordination between the purchase and sale of the homes. The support from the staff at the office also went flawlessly, because they work quickly and professionally processing all documents, and communication about them takes place in a very friendly manner. I am very satisfied with the total collaboration and can recommend any Fehse Real Estate.

Date unknownRegarding project 'Beautiful Noordwolde', I cannot describe their approach any differently than: - Unreliable; - Misleading; - Careless; - Sloppy; - Slow. Withholds information and lies, for example, about the large garden. Gardens that border on the ditch / main waterway come out very unfavorably. From the ditch goes 5 m of garden away. Half, then. You are expected to pay for these meters including the meters of the talus against a cost price of build-ready land. You only pay €42000,- for land that you have to maintain and with which you cannot do anything and may not even put up a fence. In our first conversation, we specifically asked how many meters would go from the garden. His answer: takes into account about 2 meters. You can place a few mobile planters there. Okay, that is still acceptable for us. When we wanted to buy the house (subject to financing), we received additional documents and of course the purchase contract. From this it became clear that we had been misled. It was a conscious choice not to provide all documents in advance. They play on your emotions and make clever use of them. When we confronted him with this, he lied about everything. This explains why so many interested parties drop out. This is just one argument. The rest I will leave aside otherwise the message becomes too long 🤨 Additionally, the cost price per square meter is not transparent in comparison to the other plots. Ultimately, we decided against the purchase.

22 Aug 2025As a potential buyer, it is very difficult to get a viewing. I was not called back about this initially, as promised. Had to call again myself and then they said they were fully booked. Ultimately, through contact with the homeowners (who were very surprised by the way Snoek makelaars operates), we were still able to get an appointment that had to be rescheduled on the day of the viewing due to “an important appointment”. I was already done with this realtor and now even more so. We are letting this property pass us by with great reluctance. I would not entrust the sale of my home to this firm if I lived near Oosterwolde.

22 Jun 2025As one of the first people called on Friday to view a property that wasn't even listed on Funda yet. The exact possibilities for viewing were not yet known and we would be called back on Tuesday after the long Pentecost weekend. Meanwhile, it is now a week later on Friday and we have not been called back. We had to call ourselves. A decision has been made for 2 viewing days. The first one is full and the second we cannot attend due to work. And that's what you have to deal with. A slightly customer-oriented real estate agent would, in consultation with the seller, create an extra moment for us because they have been lax themselves. The housing market is so good that they really don't care at all. Look, there will be a bad period in the housing market again sometime and then these kinds of things will not be forgotten. Absolutely not recommended. You don't want a real estate agent like that.
