But very dramatic about how our family situation was and how common our current home was. Not pleasant, and we don't recognize this with other agents. Moreover, poorly prepared. She described a separate room with a kitchenette that clearly served as office space as a regular bedroom, and she also didn't know what the possible uses were and the possibilities for a shower connection in this space. Inexperienced and immature agent behavior in our opinion.
