He is calm, friendly, clear, approachable and very professional. He really puts himself in your shoes. In our search for a real estate agent in these difficult times of high demand for housing but low supply, we came across Bram through the positive reviews. Bram from Bieden & Wonen - south Drenthe takes all the time and has a modern view on the housing market. After our first conversation, it immediately became clear that he was the right sales agent but also purchase agent for us. Everything went smoothly and efficiently, and all made appointments he followed up perfectly. The video and photos were neatly placed on Funda and of course also on the own platform of Bieden & Wonen. Our home was sold quickly within three weeks and in the meantime we have started packing. We can recommend everyone to have a conversation with Bram because he has a fresh view on the current housing market but also has oldschool values. He is polite and courteous, thinks with you and lets everyone feel valued. Honesty and modesty are important qualities that he possesses. On to a new adventure in a new home 🏡.

Bram (Bieden & Wonen Zuid-Drenthe) has been both a buyer's agent and a seller's agent for me. By chance, I came into contact with Bram because of a house that I wanted to view. I had made an appointment beforehand, but after seeing the location of the house on Google Maps, I decided to cancel. I got Bram on the line. He listened to the story and immediately there was understanding and empathy, and absolutely no pushing - qualities that you don't always encounter in commercial circles. I was curious about a possible search and Bram gave us information about the possibility of using him as a buyer's agent. Bram came across during that conversation as no-nonsense, expert, involved and reliable, and we went into business with him. That felt like a good step for 'Westerners' looking for space and nature in Drenthe. After we had viewed a house together that was very disappointing (and where we had to drive a total of 5 hours for), Bram suggested that he would do the first viewing of houses that might interest us, and we would only come over from Leiderdorp as a second step, after having a good feeling about Bram. A number of houses that he viewed didn't work out, but when we arrived at the next house, it was a hit! We also entrusted Bram with the sale of my house in Leiderdorp. Although I initially had doubts about whether it would be handy to have a real estate agent from Emmen sell a house in Leiderdorp, the feeling about Bram was good and it turned out that the distance was no problem at all. I admired how hard and in a good mood Bram always worked, and patiently (as it should be) went into all our questions, reassured us when needed, and provided the information we needed. We found a house that met our wishes and requirements and the apartment in Leiderdorp sold well. A whole nice experience richer thanks to Bram. I warmly recommend him to everyone. Thank you Bram!

Just purchased our first home in new neighborhoods through bidding and living. Bram is a calm person who takes the time for you and is honest about the process. The offers can also be openly discussed and keep it realistic in this difficult current housing market, which gives a good feeling. We ran into Bram during a house viewing. Although that house ultimately didn't fit us, it immediately struck us how Bram went about his work. He really took the time for us and gave a tour in a pleasant and relaxed manner. That felt good right away. In the end, we didn't make an offer on that house. A month later, Bram unexpectedly called us. He indicated that he had obtained a house for sale that would better fit our wishes. We were pleasantly surprised and went to look at it again. This house also didn't work out in the end. However, because of the way Bram thought along with us, calmly, involved, but also proactive, we decided to engage him as a buyer's agent. My experience with buying and selling is completely fantastic, and I am therefore extremely satisfied with the organization. The platform works excellently, I could follow everything well, privacy guaranteed and I could see everything well. Bram Jakobs was always ready for me and when I had questions, I could turn to him and he always responds quickly with clarity, straightforward. My experience with Bieden en Wonen Zuid Drenthe and agent Bram Jakobs was better than expected. From the first contact I noticed that Bram is straightforward and doesn't beat around the bush. I found this extremely refreshing, because in the real estate world you still come across vague promises and unclear agreements quite often.
