07 Feb 2025The realtor put my elderly parents under pressure with the message that they would end up at the bottom of the list again if they didn't accept the rental apartment. Promised in black and white that defects would be resolved within 4 weeks and completely withdrew his hand when the ink was still wet, referring to the rental company Eresm for which he acts as an intermediary. Don't fall for it! Zero support and defects are still far from being resolved after almost 1.5 years.

Our bid remained in our move account. After a week, the bid was increased and we called again. We were told that another bid had been placed and accepted. It's not nice not to inform us about this and we feel like we were being strung along, so no, not a pleasant experience when you constantly have to call the ladies.

Henry called me back so quickly, almost as if he were calling me back before I had even submitted my request; this is also symbolic of the rest of the communication. Henry is truly always available and genuinely takes the time to ensure that you understand what he does and why he does it. What particularly struck me is that this absolutely doesn't feel like a commercial service; it’s very personal, and Henry really has passion for his work. 25 Dec 2024A year ago, Mr. E was our purchasing agent. We were very surprised that he didn't keep his appointments with us. If we pointed something out, he would arrange it!! We hadn’t had a building inspection carried out and (foolishly) relied on trust. That was severely damaged by him at the time. 1 year later and €12,000 lighter, we no longer trust any agent from Struijk en Struijk. As soon as legal assistance was involved, he disappeared from view. To this day, we have heard nothing from him. If you want to sell your house, he’s your man, but if he wants to sell something to you, you shouldn't take him. Beware!!!
