Under the guise of "I don't have a key," we were unable to view the garage at our new house. They assured us that there was a loft and electricity. At handover, you are told that the garage lock is broken, no loft exists, and the electricity doesn't work. Because we expect 10 people and 2 suppliers the weekend after, we reluctantly agreed anyway. WRONG!!! This broker wants to "buy off" all of this with €200,= . Just the garage lock would already cost €250,= excl. VAT and excl. installation. Don't let these cowboys pull the wool over your eyes like we did. Read everything carefully because it is all covered in small print and pretty talk. Check everything, and if you can’t check something, DO IT CORRECTLY. If you still do business with these cowboys, make sure you have good legal assistance. Trust is good, but checking is better

Ver-Huis makelaars raad ik iedereen aan. Jasper heeft ons goed geholpen en is zelfs tijdens zijn vakantie bereikbaar. Maar ook zijn collega Robin kan je dan goed helpen. De kennismaking was snel gepland en verliep heel prettig, het klikte gelijk. We zochten een aankoopmakelaar maar hebben uiteindelijk toch een huis gevonden in een andere regio. Toen ik Jasper hierover belde, bracht hij mij in contact met een bekende makelaar uit de regio waar ons huis staat. En dankzij hem werd het bod geaccepteerd!! Earlier this year on the line to sell our house 'in a few months'. Had good experiences years ago with Jasper and Trudy (??) who worked there then, so now another attempt was made. Unlike other contacted real estate agents, he didn't come across as professional. Reception friendly and warm by the lady behind the counter. The office was somewhat grimy (carpeting, door to private room) and didn’t smell very fresh (cigarette smoke). The realtor himself seemed uninterested, slumped down, wrote nothing down, we just had to get back in touch when there was a concrete date. Another realtor came to our home in the same week and was much more decisive: therefore, De Vree wasn't chosen.

Robert helped us with the sale of our house. Quite exciting because you don't do something like that every day. We wanted to sell the house in a short time but also get what the house is worth and Robert really helped us with this. These people assessed my house for a seller on a Tuesday. Property assessed as average. The young lady was inside for 20 minutes, asked few questions. Within a week the report would be ready. On Monday I was called by the secretary, photos of the kitchen were missing, or if I wanted to take them and send them. Report appeared, value determined below the WOZ value as of January 2024? Comparable properties sold in June 2024 were indexed with many percentages until April 2025? Shoot me...
