02 Apr 2025Houtman & De Vogel. I had them highly rated as a real estate agent, but they really completely missed the mark. Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.

Had some problems with the new apartment, according to real estate agents it was a short circuit that would be resolved within a few hours (took much longer), had to contact them multiple times to get it resolved. Edit: it's now 5 months since I moved into this apartment and I still don't have a working intercom (opened a ticket in week 2)

Now we received a house through inheritance and because there was a desire to possibly renovate and rent it out, we contacted Ferenc again. From the very first conversation, the contact was very pleasant; they really thought along with us about the possibilities and impossibilities of the property. When the decision was ultimately made to sell the house, Ferenc and Marloes truly took everything out of our hands. Frequent and clear communication occurred via Whatsapp regarding viewings and appointments. Whenever something needed to be done, Ferenc's response was almost always: 'Don't worry, I'll take care of it!'. Hier zijn enkele punten die het vermelden waard zijn: + Toegankelijk, communicatief en geduldig, zelfs tijdens meerdere biedingsrondes. + Nam de tijd om alle vragen te beantwoorden, hoe groot of klein ook. + Duidelijke Engelse communicatie - handig voor expats. - Lichte vertraging in reacties tegen het einde, waarschijnlijk vanwege een drukke periode, maar de algehele impact was minimaal.
