   Neeskens real estate agents Goes. House purchased in Kamperland at Veerweg via Neeskens Makelaars in 2024. We were therefore the buyers. They mediated for the seller. It went reasonably well until we were to receive the key. On the day we wanted to pick up the key at the Neeskens office at Piet Heinstraat 32 in Goes, it was flatly refused because they had not yet received an official notification from the notary. A holiday became a great disappointment, especially because Neeskens turned out to be more of a 'broker factory' where effort is mainly made to realize a sale from commission interest. Only after 1.5 hours of applying pressure on site did we get the keys. Many swear words were spoken. The human touch was unfortunately far-fetched with us, in addition to a piece of incompetence. A pity because many things also went well. We are now living there with great pleasure but it wasn't fun or professional.

   I noticed, both when selling the property on Langemeet in Goes and when buying an apartment in Den Bosch, that the focus of the realtor is primarily on acquiring you as a client and the sales process. Much less attention is paid to the follow-up phase, and the service is sloppy and, in my opinion, inadequate. Realtors apparently don't realize that these are the last impressions that stick with you the most.
